Can budgies talk?

My impression is that budgies can talk. They are very good at imitating human language, and their talents are very high, so it is not difficult to make them speak.

However, it seems that there are not many budgies sold in the flower and bird market now. It is said that this is because a large number of artificial reproduction and living environment have deteriorated their genes, leading to the gradual degradation of their speech function. If we are taught patiently, most budgerigars can still learn a few simple words.

Although budgerigars can imitate human speech, the process is still difficult, so we must be patient. If we want to teach them to speak, we'd better learn to speak at an early age, just like human beings. The best time is also in the morning. Birds are more energetic in the morning, so the environment must be quiet. Don't let the noise interfere with their attention.

When teaching them to speak, don't rush for success. Teach them some long words that are difficult to understand, starting with the basic "hello", and the pronunciation must be clear. If you don't have much energy to teach them to speak every day, it's also a good way to teach them with a repeater.
