3.2.2 Lime, fly ash and sand mixed with crushed stones (see construction technology for details)

The temperature of on-site factory-mixed asphalt concrete shall be controlled at 120℃ ~ 130℃, and it shall not be lower than 1 10℃ when paving. The initial pressure temperature shall be controlled at 80℃ ~ 100℃, and the pressure shall be stabilized by 8 ~ 10t roller, and the heavy pressure shall be achieved by 15T roller, and the final pressure shall be achieved by 8 ~ 10t roller with smooth wheel tracks. Rolling should start from the side of the road and move to the center of the road. It is not allowed to turn around or turn around on the rolled asphalt concrete layer. The transverse joint adopts "straight stubble hot joint", the lower part of the joint is brushed with a small amount of drained oil, and then compacted with pier hammer after paving, and slag is not allowed on the surface. When the asphalt material comes into contact with the roller during rolling, a small amount of water with washing powder can be sprinkled on the roller.
The edges of inspection wells shall be tamped with manual rammer and hot soldering iron.
4. Main construction technical measures
4. 1 Treatment measures for longitudinal joints and construction joints
Longitudinal seam construction: when the edge of the lane under construction has been polluted due to driving or other reasons, it should be repaired. For the collapsed or under-compacted part, it should be removed and chiseled, the joint wall should be vertical and straight, and a thin layer of viscous asphalt should be brushed before paving new materials. Longitudinal grafting should be rolled immediately after paver.
