As for the provisions of the upper law 9, it mainly refers to the provisions of Article 52 of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities, and the specific contents are as follows:

Students in any of the following circumstances, the school can be expelled from school:

It is a fact that three students were punished by public security management, which is indisputable; The question is whether their behavior belongs to "serious circumstances and bad nature". If you think so, the punishment of Fudan University is legal; On the contrary, Fudan University's punishment is illegal.

Third, whether prostitution is "serious and bad in nature":

It must be admitted that the author is not a moral gentleman and has no noble moral sentiments. Naturally, I don't think that as long as the nature of whoring is serious and bad, I don't think that whoring people will be morally worse than others and will definitely do harmful behavior in the future. If you are virtuous, you don't have to look down on anything that goes against the Tao and think it is unforgivable.

First of all, there are not a few countries that legalize prostitution and whoring internationally. In China, voices calling for the legalization of prostitution are also heard from time to time. In our country, pure prostitution is just an illegal act, not a criminal act. The above seems to prove that prostitution itself is not a behavior with serious social harm.

Secondly, according to news reports, the three students only went whoring, and there were no other illegal and criminal acts, and there were no serious circumstances such as damaging other people's property, life and health, causing bad social impact (it was not their fault to search hot).

Finally, all three students are warm-blooded young people, unmarried and childless. It is not incomprehensible and unforgivable to do such behavior. And they didn't go whoring many times, just because they were expelled from school this time. Personally, I think such punishment is too severe. Furthermore, students who make mistakes are not coaxed to correct their mistakes, but advised to quit, reduce troubles and safeguard their reputation. Does this violate the original intention of teaching and educating people?
