Some parents' educational methods make me feel amazing and useful. I want to share with you:

1. Don't compare with other children.

The "other people's children" often advocated in previous education really hurt too many children's hearts, because without their parents' affirmation, children may feel useless. A little denial may cause children to have no confidence in doing anything.

2. Don't reward children with materials.

Reward can actually be an interesting thing, something that family members can communicate with. It is not only toys that can satisfy children, but also games or family participation that can make children feel happy. These are all ways to reward. Material satisfaction may only take an hour or two, but if it is a game or in other ways, children can really feel the happiness from the heart.

3. Don't make a timetable for children.

Let children feel the fun of playing while learning. Timetable is not a hard indicator, and the flexible combination of the two can give full play to children's enthusiasm.

4. Don't enroll your child in extracurricular classes.

If it is an extracurricular class to improve grades, it may give children the wrong impression that learning is for grades. Let children see more and practice more to gain knowledge through outdoor activities.

5. Don't make choices for your children.

Traditional parents in China always think that the decisions they make for their children are good, but they don't know that too much intervention will cause children's resistance. Children's independence is formed in independent choices again and again. From choosing what to eat and what to wear to choosing the way of school life, these decisions help children become independent people.

6. Not against dating in high school.

Love can teach us to be loved and learn how to love and protect others. Of course, sex education is also necessary. Don't neglect this kind of education at a young age.

7. Don't beat and scold children

Beating and cursing is not the only punishment for children. Let children really understand that their behavior is necessary for their education.

8. Don't lie to children.

I wonder how many parents can do this? Parents should try their best to fulfill their promises to their children, otherwise it will hurt the trust between you. If a child can't trust others, he will be lonely all his life.

9. Don't neglect children because of work.

Not only ignore children, but try to establish high-quality companionship. Finally, on a weekend, if the parents' so-called accompanying children only play mobile phones with their homework children, is this kind of companionship still a high-quality companionship? Parents should pay attention to their children's dynamics as much as possible, understand their interests and communicate with them more. These are all things parents should do.

10. Children ask questions and never let them "wait"

A child's curiosity is a precious thing. If one thing arouses his curiosity, his parents should accompany him as much as possible to find the answer or secret of the question. Give more positive encouragement and less preaching.

Sometimes parental education may not be effective in a day. But ten days? What about a year? What about ten years? The difference comes out. Parents must not treat their children perfunctorily. The so-called practice, words and deeds, is nothing more than that.
