Jia Ling Hi, Mom: Behind the emotion, there are more regrets.

I've been looking forward to this movie for a long time.

In a variety show, I first saw Jia Ling's essay "Hello Li Huanying" in memory of her mother. After reading the essay, I burst into tears. Really cried once, cried once.

People over 30 suddenly find themselves extremely easily moved. Later, I heard that it was going to be made into a movie, but it was still up in the air.

After the film was released, I bought a ticket to see it at the first time. My friend WeChat quipped: You should bring more paper towels. You should cry every time you watch a sketch for 5 minutes. This two-hour movie estimates that you will be overwhelmed by DFC.

That's what I thought, so I brought a whole bag of tissues and bought a private seat in the last row (there is a partition, so I can't see the people next door), so I won't be too pale even if I cry.

After watching the whole play, it seems that there is no paper towel.

In fact, I was very moved when I watched the movie, but with the end of the movie, the laughter and tears in the movie didn't seem to last, and my mood soon recovered.

What moved people in this film was more about the theme of "mother and daughter are deeply in love". Most people should have been moved by the love of their mother in the film, and they burst into tears when they thought that their mother had felt the same way for our silent efforts.

For example, some scenes in the movie remind me of the scenes where my mother was ill in bed in 2020 and I was with her. It is these scenes that aroused the voice of * * * and shed tears.

The film also evokes the pain and regret of many viewers who have the same "children want to raise but never give up" as Jia Ling. They feel the same with themselves through the film.

As Jia Ling's first film directed and acted by herself, I think the overall completion of the film is very high.

Especially after watching the sketch and knowing that it is going to be made into a movie, it is really hard to imagine that the volume, role and richness of a 5-minute sketch can really be made into a film and television work. In my opinion, the sketch has explained the story clearly, and the laughter and tears are in place.

After watching the movie, I was still amazed. If the sketch version of Hello Li Huanying is a linearly simple tear egg, then the movie version of Hello Li Huanying is as complicated as a two-hour movie.

Whether it is the preparation before and after, the adaptation of the role, or the architectural design of double crossing in the last half hour, we can feel that Jia Ling spent a lot of time polishing the script.

Up to now, the box office of the film has exceeded 3 billion, and the Douban score has reached 8.3 points, which has also won a favorable vote.

As a commercial film, Jia Ling is a success. In such a special period as the Spring Festival, it is undoubtedly the best choice for many families to take the whole family to see such a work with tears in laughter. They can not only have fun together, but also strengthen the relationship between their families through the theme setting of the film. Why not?

If simply using the words "very good, with tears in laughter" to describe a film and television work seems a little thin, then what is good about this film and what are its regrets?

A better place in the movie.

If the film surprises me the most, it is undoubtedly the application of the two-person crossing architecture design. Although this technique has been used in many time-travel dramas, it is still very surprising to see it in this type of movie.

Originally, the audience just thought that her daughter Jia Ling had traveled back to her parents' home before she got married. In order to make her happy, she spared no effort, but in the end, her mother married a boiler worker and gave birth to Jia Xiaoling. Her mother Li Huanying said that as long as her daughter was healthy and happy.

It was not until the end of the film that the audience suddenly realized that the mother Jia Xiaoling met through the past was also the mother who came back through. She has been silently cooperating with her daughter in order to fulfill her daughter's love. At this time, we felt a deep maternal love.

This is also what I think is the most brilliant part of the film.

2. Jia Ling and Shen Teng's personal CP

I used to like to watch an entertainment program in which Jia Ling and Shen Teng were really wonderful. Whether it's entertainment presentation or their luggage docking, it's really amazing.

After so many years of exploration in the comedy circle and frequent appearances in the Spring Festival Evening, the two have gained excellent audience affinity, and the rhythm of their comedy performances has really reached a superb level.

The actors in the play are basically comedians. After years of accumulation in the comedy stage, their performance in the play is also remarkable.

What I regret in the movie is that

1, sense of distance

On second thought, I used a word in story class: distance, which is not good for me.

As I said before, the core theme of this film is the deep affection between mother and daughter. The whole movie can show the mother's love for Jia Ling and Jia Ling, but the love between mother and daughter in this movie always feels too shallow and lacks the depth that film and television works should reflect.

For example, a touching sentence in the movie: I just want my children to be healthy and happy.

I think this is a sentence that many mothers will say, but in action, they will repeatedly accuse their children of "worry-free" and make them feel very embarrassed, which makes this sentence, which was originally full of affection, look more like a scene, not necessarily sincere, but full of deceptive parents, which is unconvincing to many children.

So I think it would be much better if we could combine more with reality and then turn to emotion.

2. Values conveyed through movies.

In the movie, Jia Ling did not hesitate to cheat in order to make his mother face, and made a fake admission notice. But after being exposed, instead of being angry, he smiled and said, I believe you will succeed.

A mother's love for her children is interpreted as bottomless tolerance.

One more thing, in the view of her daughter Jia Xiaoling, if her mother marries Shen Fanglin, the son of the factory director, she will be happier than her father who is a boiler worker.

First of all, I have to say that there is something wrong with this value. Is it really happier to marry the director's son than to marry the boiler? This definition of happiness is too materialistic and secular.

In the later scene, Jia Ling drives a luxury car and carries her mother. Although it is only a fantasy, in her mind, satisfying her mother's vanity and making her proud is the best way to repay her maternal love.

So, power, money and dazzling education are the keys to solving the relationship between mother and daughter? It seems that Jia Xiaoling's spirit of self-sacrifice is also great, but where did this choice leave her father?

Secondly, my father only appeared in the film. In fact, the role of the father is also very important, but it is understandable to downplay the father in order to highlight the mother.

It is incomprehensible that in order to make my mother happier, I would rather let my mother marry someone else and start my life again. Isn't it a kind of harm to my father?

3. The role of Lengte is too abrupt.

Maybe it's because of Michael Chen's performance in sketches and Michael Chen's role in movies and TV. In fact, I think Michael Chen's interpretation of this role is very in place and very existential. When I was chatting with my partner yesterday, I also said that Michael Chen's cold behavior was really like a bully in a factory when I was a child.

But in this movie, Michael Chen's plot is not well set. It was not until the end of the film that I understood the significance of the role of Lengte. Is it just to talk about a dispensable love affair with Jia Ling?

Whether it is "parents" or Hi, mom, they are making great sacrifices for their families and children, but they have been longing for love and unlimited prospects. Therefore, the great mother image, the contradiction between mother and child is either a closed train or an unexpected event, and the form of mutual concern is mainly manifested in the material level of pay or compensation. Even though the film has a happy ending, in reality,

My mother once said, I just want to be healthy and happy. I believe what she said, because she didn't just talk about it, but also acted in this way. Whether at school or at work, mothers mostly respect my ideas and don't interfere too much, but the only concern is whether they are happy or not.

My mother's illness in 2020 showed me her strength, but fortunately, she survived.

She has never been a material person, so although I will buy her a lot of things, I don't think this is compensation or an expression of my heart. I think I can live my life as she wants, and I can also help many people, which is inherited from her.

After watching the movie, I felt that it was the sketch that moved me more. The Li Huanying in it was more real and fuller.

She is not a mother who always sacrifices for her children. She is also a beautiful, generous and naughty wife, a good worker, a good friend and a good neighbor.

In the sketch, the image of Jia Ling's father is simple and lovely, and a happy family emerges from it.

In the film, in Jia Xiaoling's impression, Li Huanying seems to live an unhappy life, so she will choose a rich husband for her mother. However, in the sketch, Li Huanying is happy and satisfied. Therefore, the accident stopped all this, which is even more tragic. The film exaggerates the mother's disappointment and the child's guilt for her mother, but downplays the original pure love.
