Is coriander delicious?

Coriander, also known as coriander, is a familiar vegetable that enhances flavor and color, especially in restaurants, where the shadow of coriander is indispensable on almost every table. I often use coriander at home, stir-fry a dish, and sprinkle some coriander leaves on it, which not only adds fragrance and color, but also looks particularly appetizing to me. The tender stems and fresh leaves of coriander have a special fragrance, which is often used as ornament and flavor enhancer of dishes. It is one of the best vegetables that people like to eat.

In my impression, coriander has always existed as a side dish. Once on a business trip, my classmates invited me to dinner, and there was a piece of shredded coriander, which made me realize that coriander can also be fried directly. Later, this dish became my favorite dish. It is delicious, nutritious, simple and fast, and it is fried every time.

Stir-fry all kinds of vegetables, add meat, it will become rich in flavor and delicious, especially pork belly, which is oily and stir-fry with some coriander. The two flavors blend with each other and taste great.

Coriander is delicious, but the price is not low, a few pieces cost several dollars, but my family has a small vegetable garden where you can eat fresh coriander at any time. I feel so happy, hee hee!

Next, I'll share with you how to make this dish. Parents who like to eat coriander must not miss it!
