How to make tofu delicious?

The preparation method of tofu is as follows:

Generally, the amount of gypsum powder is three thousandths to five thousandths of the amount of soybean milk, and the amount of lactone is one thousandth to two thousandths) and put in a container filled with tofu. It takes about 85 degrees Celsius to make the cooked soybean milk into lactone tofu while it is hot, and the gypsum tofu should reach about 95 degrees Celsius. If you feel that soybean milk and coagulant are not fully mixed, please use it immediately after washing.

5. Tofu brain: After the pulp is cooked, cover the container and let it stand for 10 minute, which is the fresh and delicious tofu brain.
