Similarly, I was lucky enough to be appreciated by teachers and seniors and brought me to the big family of learning center.

As the vice minister of life, I have a deep understanding. But this sports meeting also made me find some problems in our department, and some situations even made me worry about our department.

In the logistics support of this sports meeting, there are many defects in our work, both in preparation and in the process of activities. I think the main reason is that the details are not handled in place in the early stage of layout work, and some details have not attracted enough attention.

First of all, I think it's because I didn't emphasize the importance of my task to the officers when I arranged the task in the previous department meeting. Third, our records of items are too general. For example, when an athlete needs spikes, we simply don't know if there are spikes suitable for him to wear. Every time, we almost rummaged through everything, and in the end, some of them couldn't even find the right ones. I think in the process of material statistics in the future, like those with figures, we should make detailed statistics and do a good job of classification in order to improve work efficiency in the next activities.

Let's talk about the problems I found in our life department officers:

First, not punctual enough. Not all of them, of course. Most officials have done a good job. Only a few people don't know enough about it. In fact, our three ministers will emphasize this issue at every departmental meeting to assign tasks, and our officers will perform well at every regular meeting. But this time, the official still reflected the existence of this problem.

Second, the sense of responsibility is not strong. I can't understand the importance of my work well. As I mentioned earlier, whether we go home or go to Wu Da University, we should pay great attention to this problem when we arrange our work in the future, and we must also emphasize it with the officers. In addition, in this activity, some officers neglected their duties and went to watch the game during their duty, which led to problems in the final vote counting process. I think it is necessary to warn some officials at the department summary meeting. In fact, the most important thing is to strengthen education and correctly guide them to realize the seriousness of this problem.

Third, there are complaints after the event. I will focus on these officers in the future and point out their problems in a timely and appropriate manner. If this situation does not change in the future, I can only apply to the presidium to persuade them to quit the student union. Because these officers will have a bad influence on other officers in the department. These are the serious problems that I found in our department at this school sports meeting.

Now, spend the existing problems on solving in time and better sum up the gains and losses in the activities, so that our department can better complete the tasks in future activities.
