Introduction of Dali Mountain
Dali Mountain, referred to as Shungeng Mountain for short, is located in Duyao Town, dongzhi county. According to legend, this mountain is Shun Di's cultivated land, the source of oriental culture and historical roots. Du Yao is named after Yao Di's boat trip to Dali Mountain to visit Shun, and is called "Yaoshun Cultural Scenic Area". Dali Mountain is called "Mount Li" because a palm-shaped peak rises abruptly from the rolling mountains and goes straight into the sky. Set "Yao and Shun relics, Buddhist culture, karst landscape" in one mountain. 1998, Dali Mountain was approved as a provincial-level scenic spot in Anhui, and was rated as a national AAA-level scenic spot the following year. The cactus at the main peak of Dali Mountain is 372 meters above sea level. In the second year of Emperor Zhenzong of Tang Dynasty, Cao Gui Temple, Qianlong Temple and Yaoshun Temple were built at the northern foot of Dali Mountain. Today, there are cultural sites and historical sites such as Fazang Temple, Yaochi, Jing Shun, Yaoshun King Jiangtai, Yaoqishi and Shungeng Land. There are six famous caves in Dali Mountain: Hufu Cave, Duiyun Cave, Bagong Cave, Bailong Cave and Yanzi Cave, in which peculiar stalactites are hung.
