The difference between living in Poly and Vanke

After living in Poly for several years, I moved and bought Vanke's house. Compared with the two houses, I have a lot to say.

For example, if someone leaks water, the property will simply ignore it without calling five times and six times; If someone's parking space is occupied, or the car can't get out of the traffic jam, you can't expect the property to solve the problem. In fact, the cars that occupy other people's parking spaces are all put in by the property. Because there is no parking space, these cars park in the underground parking lot, some park in other people's parking spaces, and some park directly in the aisle. In short, the properties are all uncle-level, and they are very active when collecting property fees, but they become uncles when dealing with problems. This is my feeling of living in Poly. Of course, I always believe that Poly's properties are very formal, most of them are very good properties, and the community I live in is just an individual.

after poly, let's talk about Vanke. Vanke property management is very formal and strict. It is not difficult for the owners to get into Vanke Community. Parking spaces are very orderly, and there is no occupation of other people's parking spaces at all. What impressed me most about the intimate property was that when it snowed heavily last winter, the property covered all the vehicles parked on the ground with plastic film, and when the snow stopped, it was very convenient to remove the film directly. Where there is noise disturbing people, as long as the phone or WeChat communicates with the housekeeper, the problem will be solved immediately, which can be described as "immediate". I feel that Vanke property can always think of what the owners think, and it is warm to live in Vanke. Vanke is a private enterprise and a leading enterprise in listed real estate companies. Perhaps this is the difference between private enterprises and central enterprises.

Vanke's floor is tall and short, and Vanke's location is partial, but the occupancy rate of Vanke's residential area has always been high.
