What was mosquito net called in ancient times?

In ancient China, mosquito repellent was mainly curtains, and its earliest name was "Ai". During the Spring and Autumn Period, the "green yarn" in Qi Huangong made it impossible for hungry mosquitoes to camp. This record is kept in the ninth chapter of Yan Zili in the Golden Tower written by Xiao Yi, Emperor of Liang Yuan in the Southern Dynasties.

Well, there is another way to write "Mao", which is interpreted as a single quilt in "Biography of Mao" and as a bed sheet in Jian Zheng. The original "account" only refers to the curtain, camp, military account and so on. Therefore, Er Ya in the early Han Dynasty began to say "the account of name", and Liu Xi in the Eastern Han Dynasty recorded that "account, Zhang Ye, applies to bed." Since then, there have been various names such as "mosquito", "mosquito" and "mosquito net".

The mosquito nets of the ruling class mostly use silk fabrics such as brocade, silk, yarn, crepe and silk to give consideration to ventilation. Historically, the materials used in mosquito nets have been graded.
