The doctor said that my uterus was fully open, so I had to exert myself to defecate. Doctors and nurses are in place. I know that I will see my little BB soon, and I am nervous with expectation. Finally wait until the moment of pregnancy in October. I touched my stomach and said to BB, "Hold Mommy, come out quickly, and don't make Mommy feel too bad."

At first, I stepped on my foot and held hands to inhale and exhale. When I want to defecate, I tell the doctor that I try my best to cooperate with the doctor.
