Didn't the internet cafe open all night and get a refund?

I can't. Internet cafes stay up all night, which is different from temporary internet access. After you stayed up all night, no matter whether you get on the computer or not, your money has been deducted and you can't return it. Basic conditions for Internet access:

1, you must hold your ID card.

2. I must be 18 years old.

Minors are forbidden to enter, and smoking is forbidden in Internet cafes.
