I have held many seminars on teaching design similar to this text in Chongqing, and then I came to Nantong to participate in the national backbone teacher training class. In the whole process of preparing lessons, giving lectures and attending lectures, I have always been guided by "how to embody the distinct people-oriented thought in the new curriculum standard, find suitable teaching for students, and really promote students' development". In this process, I have been constantly looking for a suitable classroom teaching structure for students, constantly adjusting teaching links to meet their needs, constantly enriching their emotional experience, and growing up through constant practice and reflection.
First, keep looking for a classroom teaching structure suitable for students.
The first time I tried to speak, when I was still writing a small blackboard, my classmates startled me with an unintentional remark. They said, "I can recite this poem." At that moment I realized that I might not be able to catch the students. Sure enough, after the meeting, I presented the teaching procedures in turn: reviewing new words and sentences-overall perception-focusing on understanding poems 234-performance-summary. Students passively follow me in this process, and finally gradually lose patience. I talk more and more, and I feel that I have lost them.
In the after-class discussion, I analyzed the reasons for my failure: the gap between the starting point of teaching design and students is too big, they like to take the initiative to participate, and I always play the role of guide. Although this trial teaching did not achieve the expected results, I gained a lot.
The second trial lecture. On the basis of the first trial teaching, I mainly revised the last teaching link, leaving nearly 10 minutes for students to study in groups. The names of more than ten kinds of plants, such as Setaria viridis, are given on the blackboard for students to analyze or speculate on how these plants spread their seeds. It was a lively scene. I feel a little relaxed. However, after listening to "Strange Inflatable Building" by Zack Zhang, a teacher of Shanghai First Normal University, I changed my mind. Teaching time should be spent on unfamiliar reading, unclear understanding and profound understanding.

I only gave three opportunities to show it, which disappointed many children. It would be better if we could arrange an exchange meeting in the group.
Classroom is a place where teachers, students and students interact in all directions. This kind of interaction cannot be designed in advance. Teachers' teaching wit, teaching sensitivity and classroom control ability are particularly important, which need us to further temper in practice.
Third, constantly enrich students' emotional experience.
