I practice at home every morning and evening, once or twice each time, for about twelve minutes each time. 4. Start sweating. Before practicing Baduanjin, I sweated for a while. I bought some medicine and took it and it felt better. After practicing Baduanjin for a month, I found that I started to sweat again at night.
