At the important moment when Taiwan Province is vigorously building media integration, I am honored to lead you to experience and share the application of psychology in work and life.

Just like our personal growth is not easy, the development of psychology is also advancing in twists and turns. When it comes to psychology, people may think of "mental illness" or "mental illness". First of all, I think we can further play the social service function of the people's livelihood moral hotline. We may have heard of a famous "kicking cat effect" in psychology, which depicts a vicious circle caused by bad emotional contagion. A father was criticized by his boss in the company. When he got home, he was very angry. He scolded him when he saw the child jumping on the sofa. When the child got angry, he took it out on the rolling cat and kicked it hard. The cat fled to the street, just as a truck came. The driver injured the child on the side of the road to avoid the cat. This story tells us that if we can't adjust negative emotions in time, we will involuntarily join the team of "kicking cats"-being kicked by others and kicking others.

In the hotline we received, some problems reflected by the masses may not be reported, or even if they are reported, they will not solve the fundamental problems. But we can give vent to the anxiety or anger of the masses by listening attentively and caring for each other. I think this is also a contribution of our media workers in the social governance service system! We can also achieve the goal of our mainstream media to achieve social harmony through the guidance and supervision of public opinion through this "curve saving the country" way!

In order to deeply feel the importance of listening in our work and life, we did an experience activity-feeling the difference between being listened to and being perfunctory in communication!

Some time ago, the article "What media services should be provided by county-level media centers under the new norms" issued by leaders in the group also mentioned that county-level media in the new era can provide education, tourism and other services. Let's talk about education first.

I feel that our current education industry can develop in a deeper, higher and wider dimension! Just during the holidays, we may also see many advertisements for various training courses and training camps for young people, some of which are to improve their learning skills and some are to develop their mental potential; There are two or three thousand charges, and there are two or three thousand. Our existing small host training courses are mainly to give full play to the advantages of our traditional media and the host's specialty. Let's think of it this way. If we can further explore and cultivate the strengths of each employee, can we provide more colorful education and training courses? Of course, none of us are born teachers. As long as we are interested and actively study, I believe that in the near future, many of us who are crouching tiger, hidden dragon can show our talents in the media industry and service fields!

Of course, the premise of these ideas is that we media people should have excellent psychological capital, positive psychological quality and psychological emotions. Next, we will explore the positive qualities that each of us may not notice through "polishing my golden signboard" and mutual praise experience activities.

Mrs. Liu's sharing made me realize that serious responsibility requires strong psychological capital!

After education, I want to talk about our tourism. Our current tourism business has also had an extraordinary response since its launch, which also shows that our business is in line with market demand. How to make this service better and go further? I believe that this design of tourism+psychology+culture can not only improve the service level of our tourism industry, meet people's high-level psychological needs of physical and mental pleasure and upward life, but also give full play to our advantages of integrating media, and carry out rich and touching live broadcast or recorded reality show columns or vibrato short videos on mobile phones and televisions, thus enriching our program content and powder-sucking resources!

In addition, I feel that all the information or programs that are widely concerned are careless. Special programs such as "Listen to My Heart" and "Family Story Club" can be set up on radio, television, newspapers and other platforms to cultivate positive social attitudes and improve happiness through the power of the media.
