Weihai Park depends on tidal time, which changes for 40-50 minutes every day. The best time is one or two hours after low tide. The main sculpture "Heart-to-Heart Knot" is 4 meters high. The moral of love in the sea is the beautiful scenery of Weihai, which makes tourists linger, has infinite attachment to the sea, and also expresses Weihai people's love for life and infinite yearning for the future.

The Central Cultural Square, also known as Sea Soul Square, is the protagonist in the square and the key symbol of Weihai Park. Through it, visitors can understand that the sea soul is a kind of spirit and strength. It is not only the soul of the Chinese nation, but also the soul of Weihai people.

Located in the middle of the park, it is 580 meters long from north to south, and the whole square extends to the sea, with a maximum distance of 107 meter and a total area of 67,000 square meters, including 39,600 square meters of green area and 24,000 square meters of green area. The central cultural square is also called Sea Soul Square. The large-scale theme sculpture Ode to the Ocean is 10.75 meters high and 27 meters long, which embodies the invincible power and indomitable spirit of the sea. Located at the southernmost tip of the park, Haihui Scenic Area covers an area of 2,306 square meters and consists of five orderly circular squares. The largest square is 30 meters in diameter and the theme sculpture is 6 meters high. The abstract collection is used to give visitors the association and feeling of modern scientific and technological networks and information. The other four squares, 20 meters in diameter, are engraved with the China Ancient Observatory, the ancient civilization compass, the modern navigation compass and the chart.
