Experience in helping villagers (1) As the saying goes, "A good farmer can raise pigs", which is true. In Guizhou, it is not uncommon to get rid of poverty and become rich by vigorously developing pig breeding in poor ethnic minority areas that are self-sufficient because of drought, lack of rain, lack of land and penniless people. But there are relatively few people who can take the sustainable development route. Xx Tianshun pig farm in xx township is one of the rural industrial structures that not only raises pigs, but also takes the road of sustainable development, turns waste into treasure and recycles resources to realize energy reproduction, and has achieved initial results.

According to the relevant requirements of "Four Helps and Four Promotions" and the arrangement of the city, district and township, I was selected by Guiyang Federation of Literary and Art Circles as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of xx Township and the deputy secretary of the Party branch of XX Village, and combined with the work attributes of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, I carried out solid assistance work. We have made some efforts in reducing poverty, removing hats, reforming tap water, sending culture to the village, working in WW, and establishing vegetable bases in xx village, and achieved certain results. Especially in the development of xx village, we have visited, investigated and demonstrated many times among the villagers for a long time, lived with the common people, and worked together with the two committees of the village branch to find a sustainable development idea of "basing on the reality of xx village, fully mobilizing and giving play to the enthusiasm of the people in party member, deeply practicing Scientific Outlook on Development, and vigorously developing ecological agriculture and characteristic aquaculture".

Through investigation, there are many migrant workers in this village, accounting for more than a quarter of the total population of the village, and most of them are young and strong laborers. This will inevitably affect the all-round development of xx village.

After repeated argumentation, a conclusion is drawn: "If you want to keep the villagers, you must let them have a job at home, earn money, be strong and useful, and have a good old age."

In view of this situation, after reaching a * * * understanding with the two committees of xx Village Branch, we adopted the working method of "the branch secretary takes the lead, the villagers voluntarily take shares and pay dividends at the end of the year" to run the farm. So far, there are 28 villagers in the village. The average farmer can buy shares in the proportion of 20 yuan/share, the poor households can buy shares in the proportion of 20,000 yuan/share, and each household can buy shares in the proportion of 20,000 to 20,000 yuan. At present, nearly 200,000 yuan has been raised. How to make the newly-built farm work normally? This is a very difficult question. After realizing the problems existing in the farm, the village committee and I studied it repeatedly, and there was only one result: "The branch should take the lead, and party member should set an example and widely mobilize the masses to participate". After the village committee has formulated an executable plan, we will carry out our work in four aspects:

1. With the support of the township party committee, the farm established a party branch. There are five party member in this branch. Among them, party member 1 person, Zhou Tianshun as the secretary of the Party branch, Chen Kepei and Zhou Yingguo as members of the Party branch, and Wei Yanmei as the party building instructor of the Social Security Institute of the township government. In this way, the farm has an ideological guarantee.

2. The work of "correcting thoughts and changing understanding" was carried out among the masses. Because some people are behind the times in concept. Helping cadres, the two committees of the village branch and Qi Xin, a comrade of party member, made concerted efforts to widely publicize to the masses, changed their traditional thinking of "waiting, relying on and wanting", and enabled cadres and the masses to get an ideological understanding. It has realized the concentration of idle funds in the village and laid the foundation for creating greater wealth.

3. "Talent is the key to success". This is another new idea summarized by the farm. 4. Seize the opportunity of diversified development and realize energy reproduction. With the strong support of Party committees and governments at all levels, xx Village has opened up more than 20 acres of vegetable planting bases while expanding pig breeding, using existing pig manure as natural organic fertilizer, rationally developing and utilizing existing land resources, and combining natural ecology, folk customs and other favorable conditions. The next step will be to build a brand of green vegetables and gradually realize the goal of double profit in breeding and planting.

Since this spring, I have distributed more than xx convenience contact cards to the people in the village. Organized xx artists from the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles to send culture to xx, wrote xx pairs of Spring Festival couplets for villagers, took xx photos of developing family portraits for villagers, and visited XX families with difficulties. As many as xx0 suggestions were widely collected from the villagers, which provided a realistic basis for the next step. Cooperate to apply chemical fertilizer to xx vegetable base. 5 tons, which laid a certain foundation for vegetable production. Actively strive for funds for the lightning disaster in the electrical room of Goka Group, and carry out emergency repairs at the first time, thus solving the daily water and electricity problems of ordinary people. The experience of helping in the village (2) During the duplex period, I was fortunate to be a double resident in the county government office and went to Riverside Town to help in the village. I spent more than 40 unforgettable days in the contact village and felt a lot. Below, I will briefly summarize my experience in working in the village from three aspects.

One of my experiences is that only by throwing yourself down and seriously "visiting" can we gain the trust and support of the masses and narrow the distance.

As a resident cadre, the most basic job is to understand the village situation and public opinion as soon as possible, so as to integrate themselves into the masses and become one with them. In the days of working in the village, I regard the work in the village as an effective platform to exercise myself, serve the masses and enhance my ability in practice, regard myself as a member of the villagers, insist on eating and living in the village, visit every household, and mainly do four things: First, insist on going to the fields every day to publicize the party's policies; Second, take the initiative to contact residents to discuss and exchange; Third, visit the front line of the project every day to supervise the progress of the project; The fourth is to resolve contradictions and disputes and help the masses solve practical difficulties and problems in production and life. After working in the village for more than a month, the people in the village remembered me and agreed with me. From the first day I arrived in the village, the people were suspicious and distrustful. Later, more and more people took the initiative to chat with me. Sometimes people come to me when they have nothing to do, just to have a chat with me. I listen patiently, help with ideas and find ways. It took me more than a month to realize that working in the village is not difficult. As long as you bend down, throw yourself down, be sweeter, be diligent and work faster, you can walk into the masses and become one with them, and they will treat you as one of their own.

My second experience is that only by using their brains and trying their best to "help" actively can the masses get benefits and win satisfaction.

How can the assistance work win the satisfaction of the masses? I think we must start with solving the practical problems that the masses are most concerned about, so that the masses can get tangible benefits and see the bright future of building a new countryside and becoming rich and well-off. Through visiting villagers, soliciting opinions and studying with village cadres, the well-off development plan of Chechuan Village was formulated, and the effect map of the village development plan was set in the most conspicuous position in the village. Four practical things were implemented this year. The first practical thing is to change the appearance of the village and build a green home. What I heard the most after staying in the village was the reaction of the masses, that is, I hope to change the image of the village. Because local villages and roads have piled up garbage for many years, there are still serious traffic safety hazards. The villagers have long had the idea of transformation, but they have no funds, no organization and are powerless. After I arrived in the village, I actively mobilized the masses with the "two committees" of the village. Farmers provided the village with labor and machines. In less than five days, I filled up the stinking puddle that had existed for more than 30 years and cleaned up the garbage on the roadside. At the same time, strive for the attention of county leaders and the help of relevant departments. This year, Chechuan Village 1 1 km rural roads were paved with oil, 3. The road hardening of the 3 km village group has comprehensively improved the traffic conditions and village appearance. The second practical thing is to help people solve the irrigation problem. I actively worked as a duplex liaison, strengthened contact and communication with the water department, reformed the seriously damaged irrigation channels in Chechuan Village, completed the lining of the channels for 6 kilometers, and solved the water shortage problem of the local people's irrigation land. The third practical thing is to solve the problem that villagers and party member have no venues for activities. I worked with the town leaders and the village "two committees" to determine the site selection and design scheme, and built a new village-level cultural activity square covering an area of 6,000 square meters for the village. At present, the main project has been completed and supporting facilities are being carried out. The fourth practical thing is to solve the problem of industrial development and build a mutton sheep breeding community for the village. During the construction of farming community, I always stuck to the site with the village team, tracked the work, strictly supervised the progress and quality of the project, actively helped coordinate funds and materials, and relieved the worries of the construction party. I didn't live up to the trust of my unit. In just one month, according to the mode of "self-raising, unified construction, unified management and household farming", 57 high-standard pens were built. At present, the supporting facilities of the farming community have been basically improved. Murakami is screening farmers who have settled in the farming community and setting up professional farming cooperatives to try to put them into operation at the end of this month.

My third experience is that only by throwing off the arm and changing the concept of "doing" with heart can the masses improve their quality and see hope.

During my stay in the village, many people sincerely invited me to his house for dinner and visited him many times ... Simple folk customs and simple villagers made me a resident cadre truly realize the true meaning of "from the masses to the masses". When I visited the house, I had lunch at a poor family one day. After eating, I left 100 yuan for the meal, but the old man refused to take the money. When I went out, I quietly put the money on his desk. Unexpectedly, the old man found out, chased all the way to the village and insisted on returning the money to me, which made me feel for a long time. What is poor is material conditions, but their simple character is exceptionally noble. I deeply feel that mass work is not difficult, but it depends on how you do it; The masses have no opinions and opinions on government departments, but have opinions and opinions on departments that do not sincerely serve the masses and staff who do not sincerely consider the masses.

As a resident cadre, I deeply understand that helping is not only as simple as doing one or two good deeds and practical things, but also lies in the change of ideas and the innovation of poverty alleviation methods, especially the change of poverty alleviation methods from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis". Simply sending money can only meet the needs of the moment. It is necessary to help poor villages and poor households establish long-term development plans, help farmers plan industrial development ideas, and help farmers find suitable and good jobs.

In a word, the activities of helping people in villages have just begun, and a lot of work is not capital investment, but the hard work, wisdom and feelings of serving the people of leading cadres at all levels. As a resident cadre, although my work and life are a little bitter and a little tired, I know that my mission is glorious and my responsibility is great, and I must never live up to the trust of the leaders of the organization and the high hopes of the people. In my future work, I will continue to adhere to my concept of staying in the village: say warm words to my family, do practical help, do small things and run away diligently, join hands in running a well-off society, work harder to take root in the countryside, turn the poor villages in the past into well-off villages, civilized villages and model villages in the future, burn youth and contribute to helping enthusiasm.

In September of 20XX, according to the requirements of the county party committee and the county government, three members of the resident assistance team of Jiangjuntuo Village in Hujiatuo Town of our district came to Jiangjuntuo Village in Hujiatuo Town to carry out the resident assistance work. First, there is more dirt on the feet, which is closer to the hearts of farmers.

With a heart of love and respect for the people, we entered Jiangjuntuo Village. Helping in the village, our words and deeds not only represent personal behavior, but also represent the concrete embodiment of the party and government's concern for General Tuo. If the resident cadres have no feelings for the masses, it will not only harm the interests of the masses, but also damage their feelings for the party and shake the party's ruling foundation. To this end, we made friends with the villagers we contacted and "grounded" to really help the masses solve problems on the spot. We regard this kind of help in the village as a "family trip" to visit relatives and friends, and as a practical action to care for send warm. There are no flowery words or hypocritical expressions. Our faces are filled with the most sincere smile. With the care of the Party, we visited the old party member family in the village and listened to their voices. Along the way, I have forged deep feelings with the villagers and worked hard to do practical things and do good things for the village. In the past few months, the roads on the street have been easy, the earth walls have been replaced by wrought iron walls, and fitness equipment has been newly installed in the villagers' square. Great changes have taken place in this village. It is our greatest wish to actively practice the fundamental purpose of "serving the people wholeheartedly" and constantly improve the happiness index of the people in Jiangjuntuo Village.

Second, grassroots cadres have more contacts and a deeper understanding of the grassroots.

On the one hand, we should contact the masses, on the other hand, we should coordinate with grassroots cadres. I have spent more time dealing with grassroots cadres, and through them, I have a deeper understanding of the hardships and importance of grassroots work. Through contact with grassroots cadres, we found that: first, there are fewer grassroots personnel and more tasks; Second, the level of financial security at the grassroots level is low; Third, the management system is not straightened out and the functions of villages and towns are asymmetrical; Fourth, the township finance lacks independent financial resources and its management is not standardized; Fifth, the development and construction of rural public welfare undertakings are backward, and the enthusiasm of villagers to participate in the construction of new countryside has not been mobilized; Sixth, township finance is the most basic level in the financial management system, directly facing the broad masses of the people, with large business volume, many service items and great difficulty in service. This investigation has enabled us to have a deeper understanding of township finance and grassroots cadres, and laid a certain foundation for us to better complete various financial work in the future.

Fourth, I go to the fields more often and love the land more.

During our stay in the village, under the leadership of Secretary He of the village branch, we visited the vegetable greenhouse base and machinery assisted by our bureau. When we arrived at the vegetable shed, we were conquered by green vegetables and lovely cornfields. The cabbage, cabbage and pepper here are growing happily, and there is a bumper harvest scene. During this period, we also visited the Xingyuan base. There are more than 500 acres of apricot orchards in Jiangjuntuo village, which are used to develop sightseeing and picking, and promote the forestry development of the whole village. The team of our bureau also cultivated a small vegetable base in the idle yard of migrant farmers, including cucumber, loofah, eggplant, beans, lettuce, zucchini, radish, carrot and tomato. It's a completely different breed. After listening carefully to the villagers and the resident team explaining the weeding essentials and precautions, we pulled it up carefully. After a while, everyone mastered the skills of weeding and did it with ease. Watching us do farm work so neatly, Secretary He praised: "I didn't expect you weak scholars who are a little delicate to do farm work. It's really like that. You can bear hardships and are willing to bear hardships like you. You will definitely have a future. " Hearing this, we worked harder. Working in the field not only makes us exercise, but also sublimates our thoughts, understands that "a porridge and a meal are hard-won" and realizes the diligence, simplicity, enthusiasm and hardship of farmers. By working in the field, we will love this hot land more, and we will be more down-to-earth and work hard in our later life.

Fifth, I feel more in my heart and gain more in practice.

Through this activity of helping and exercising in the village, we understand the intention of the leader to let us come. Young cadres go deep into the grass-roots front line to help and exercise, that is, they should learn the advanced experience of the grass-roots level, understand the actual situation of the grass-roots level, "be grounded", reflect the people's feelings, improve their ability to adapt to the new environment, learn the ability of grass-roots cadres to face the front line and the people directly, overcome difficulties and solve problems, and learn the traditions of villagers who are not afraid of hardships, self-reliance and simplicity and kindness.

During our stay in the village, we learned farm work such as weeding, watering the land, arranging flowers, digging the land, fertilizing, etc., and we personally felt the difficulties of farmers; Have a deep understanding of the current situation of grass-roots education, and have practical experience of the voice of village cadres that grass-roots work is difficult; Have a deeper understanding of grass-roots finance and improve the ability to do financial work well; Through close contact with farmers, the relationship between cadres and masses has been really close. Through the exercise in the village, the team members trusted each other, helped each other and understood each other, and everyone also gained a precious friendship. Although our time in the village is very short, we have gained a lot, and these gains are precious in our lives.

Experience of helping in the village (IV) Since we entered xx Village, xx Township, xxx County last month, two team members and I have worked actively and conscientiously around the "seven tasks" of helping, and achieved certain results and accumulated some experience.

Finding out the truth and finding the right position is the premise of doing a good job in the village.

No investigation, no right to speak. So after entering the village, we went door to door, investigated and studied, and visited the poor and asked questions. Through the investigation, we have a clear understanding of the village team, party member team building, agricultural development, farmers' planting and breeding, going out to work and do business, living conditions, folk customs and so on, and established files. Because we have a clear understanding of the situation in the village and a clear foundation, we have a good idea when guiding the village to formulate and implement development plans. After staying in the village, we not only carried out our work with the cooperation of the village party branch, but also independently implemented our own plan according to the responsibilities of the working group. The working group and the village "two committees" cooperate very tacitly.

Paying attention to people's livelihood and serving the masses is the basis of doing a good job in the village.

The main body of new rural construction is farmers. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses? We have taken effective measures and done several things: First, we are concerned about the sufferings of the masses. Solidly carry out the work of helping people in need. Seven departments and units of the Bureau/KLOC-0 have established a "one-on-one" helping relationship with poor households through "making friends with the poor", and successively sent solatium worth more than 20XX and solatium worth 8,000 yuan to the helping households. The second is to solve problems for the masses. Street hardening is an urgent problem that villagers want to solve. The third is to help the masses develop production. Raising pigs is a key industry in Xulou Village. The working group established an economic cooperation organization for pig breeding based on Lidelai Breeding Co., Ltd. of Wang Junwei, a large pig breeding household in the village, and explored the breeding mode of "company+farmer". Relying on the advantages of traditional rice planting in Xulou village, the project of "Rice-Duck Cooperation" with excellent agricultural intelligence was introduced, and the start-up capital was raised by 30,000 yuan. Three villagers with ideas and abilities were organized to lease 60 mu of farmers' land, and the demonstration base of "Rice-Duck Cooperation" was successfully established. Coordinate the seed companies in cities and counties to provide the villagers with the service activities of "sending improved varieties into the village" to save the villagers 1. At the same time, the activities of "sending doctors to the countryside" and "going to the countryside with science and technology" were carried out, which were welcomed by the people in Xulou Village.

Abiding by discipline and concentrating on staying in the village is the key to doing a good job in staying in the village.

If you can't squat, you can't know the voice of the people in time, and you can't carry out targeted work. Over the past year, all members of our team have insisted on attendance, never asked for leave because of personal problems, and kept a work log every day. So far, they have written three whole books. Because the resident is too far away from the township and there is no fixed vegetable sales place in the village, it is very inconvenient to buy food. After work, we also use our spare time to dig up abandoned land and open up half an acre of vegetable garden. On the one hand, it can solve the problem of eating vegetables, on the other hand, it can deliver the harvested vegetables to the five-guarantee households and needy households in the village in time to solve the problem of eating vegetables in rainy and snowy days. When all the work was carried out, all our team members were not afraid of hardship and fatigue, and set up a good image of helping the team members.

Strengthening communication and striving for support is the guarantee of doing a good job in the village.

The work of helping in the village is political, with great responsibility and heavy task. Without the support and care of leaders, the work is impossible. After we arrived in the village, the bureau party group gave political, ideological, work and life care and support, and all eight members of the bureau party group visited the village to help solve the difficulties and problems in the work and create necessary working conditions for the working group. During the Dragon Boat Festival this year, the main leaders of the bureau went deep into Xulou Village for investigation, stayed with farmers for four days, and held a forum for members of the two committees of the village, party member, villagers' representatives, "three supports and one support" college students and the heads of rural education and health departments to seriously understand social conditions and public opinion, listen to the voices of the masses and write a special investigation report. The county working group held many meetings of group leaders and group leaders and on-site observation meetings, arranged and summarized the progress of the assistance work, exchanged experiences, found out the shortcomings, and studied and implemented the next task of the assistance work. This has enabled all our team members to further improve their ideological understanding, broaden their working ideas, learn from the good practices and experiences of our brother units, improve the sense of urgency and pressure in helping, and urge us to work together in Qi Xin to complete various assistance tasks with good quality and quantity.
