Excuse me, what is the reason for the jamming of the moving blade and how to deal with it?

The adjustment of axial flow fan blades is realized by changing the oil pressure difference between the two sides of the hydraulic cylinder by driving the slide valve by the transmission mechanism. In the operation of axial flow fan, it is sometimes difficult or impossible to adjust the blades. This phenomenon is usually considered as the failure of the fan regulating oil system and the damage of the internal regulating mechanism of the hub. However, in actual operation, it is usually another reason: there is a certain gap between the wind turbine blade and the hub to adjust the angle of the blade, but incomplete combustion leads to carbon scale or dust blocking the gap, which makes the blade difficult to adjust. Oil-fired boilers and water-film dust removal boilers generally have the phenomenon of jamming of moving blades, and the main solutions are as follows.

1. There is a steam purging pipeline at the inlet of the impeller. When the fan stops, clean the impeller and keep it clean, with steam pressure < = 0.2 MPa and temperature < = 200℃.

2. Adjust the opening of the rotor blade in time to prevent the blade from scaling at one opening for a long time. After the fan stops, the rotor blades should move intermittently at 0 ~ 55.

3. Make the fuel or coal burn fully as far as possible, reduce carbon black, raise the exhaust temperature and inlet air temperature appropriately, and avoid the sulfur in the flue gas from condensing in the air preheater.
