Confessions of coffee addicts

However, I deeply understand that feeling, really. If I don't drink coffee, I will yawn, tears will keep flowing, I will be listless, and I can even fall asleep when I sit at my desk. You mean because I slept too little? I don't think so. I sleep 7-8 hours a day, which should not be less. Once my husband said that he seriously suspected that I was secretly taking drugs.

since I'm a coffee addict, I'll talk about my coffee habit first. If conditions permit, I only drink black coffee or concentrated coffee. What is the condition? Occasionally, I also drink latte, but latte must be extra strong, which is usually drunk on an empty stomach, otherwise it will irritate my stomach. I take my thermos with me when I travel. Other people's thermos are filled with roses and medlar, and my thermos is always filled with coffee. I always drink coffee before 15 o'clock, and drinking it after 15 o'clock will affect my sleep.

Let's talk about what kind of coffee I drink. My own family has always bought light and moderate roasted beans for fresh grinding, because this kind of beans keeps the original aroma characteristics of coffee beans, such as some beans have floral fragrance, some have fruity fragrance and some have nutty fragrance. Of course, this kind of beans sometimes turn sour, so it is not easy to find a bean with a balanced flavor. Once the beans are baked too deeply, they will taste bitter and lose their original flavor. Of course, I can choose when I can, and I can drink anything when I can't, as long as it's coffee.

how do you feel when you drink coffee? Drinking coffee brings me a sense of security. With it, I feel that I can handle all the unknown things on my own.
