1 What about Zhangmutou, Dongguan? Zhangmutou Town is famous for its real estate and is known as "Little Hong Kong", with convenient transportation. It is about 45 minutes by car from Shenzhen Airport, 15 minutes by car from Dongguan Railway Station, 18 minutes by train to Shenzhen and 45 minutes by train to Guangzhou, and the cross-town and intra-town public transportation is very convenient. As far as my personal feeling is concerned, Zhangmutou has been in a state of decline for at least three years, and the environmental sanitation is not as good as before. It looks like a word "dirty"; (I often go to many big cities, so I have this feeling, which may not be accurate, depending on the individual)

2 There are still a few people there: the flow of people has decreased significantly in the past two years, which is said to be possible: the exchange rate between Hong Kong dollar and RMB and the relevant policies of the Hong Kong government on property buyers in the mainland have caused many Hong Kong people to retreat; The backwardness of surrounding towns such as Changping, Qingxi and Tangxia attracted the loss of personnel; There are few Zhangmutou factories and high consumption. (Obviously, parking spaces were often not found in the urban areas two years ago, but it is easier now)

3 What is the house price there now? The average price is about 3,5 square meters. Each community is different. Several relatively good residential areas: Luyin Haoting Yujing Garden Emgrand Garden Bihe Garden Diyong Garden Cinnamomum camphora Oasis, etc. (except for the residential area with the highest average price mentioned above, that is, the residential area is super expensive and the area is very crowded, so the latter ones can be considered)

4 The housing price of second-hand houses is really not clear, and the above-mentioned residential areas are estimated to be not much cheaper. (Personally, I suggest that the house is too old or not. After all, buying a house is an important choice, at least it should be comfortable to live in.)
