The Arab region is a geographical region with more than 20 countries, most of which believe in Islam. Arab countries and countries in the Arab region basically overlap.

Muslims refer to people who believe in Islam.

The Middle East is a geographical concept, including the whole Arabian Peninsula and parts of South Asia and West Asia, as well as several countries in North Africa. The specific geographical division of the Middle East is not very clear.

Islam is a religion, and one of the four major religions in the world is what we often call Islam.
