When was the Liqian Dike in Hongqiao District of Tianjin built?

Li Qian Dike, also known as Li Qian Long Dike and Wanliujin Dike, is located on the east bank of Baiyangdian Lake. It has protected the safety of eight counties in Jizhong, Tianjin and Jinpu railways. With a total length of 250 kilometers, it is a national first-class dike. The part near Baiyangdian Lake is 20.7 kilometers. The average width of dam crest is 8m, and the elevation of dam crest is12.5-14.57m. There is masonry slope protection on the dike, which is 22,704m long. There are 34 pumping stations in Lianggou, Xidawu, Guzhou and Jinggezhuang, with a drainage capacity of 49 seconds /m3. There are 6 dike-crossing buildings with water diversion capacity of 7 1.5 seconds /m3. There is also Zaolinzhuang Water Control Project, with a design flow of1.840s /m3.

According to the records of Zhilihe Quzhi, "The dike starts at the boundary of Qingyuan County and ends at Zangjia Bridge in xian county. Shuntian, Baoding and Hejian have a territory of more than 1,000 miles, surrounded by lakes along the river to protect the people in dozens of counties. " According to the Qing Draft, "Li Qiandi was built in the 37th year of Kangxi (1698) and renovated in the 54th year of Qianlong. It started in eleven counties such as Qingyuan, Li 'an, Xin 'an, Levin, Hejian, Renqiu, Xiongxian, Baoding (Xincheng), Bazhou, Wen 'an and Dacheng, with a length of more than 130,000 feet.

Due to the change of river course, dikes have been built many times, and the evolution status quo is from Zhaobazhuang in Wuji County in the west to Fuguantun in Dacheng County in the east. It is the main dike of Ci River, Zhuolong River, Baiyangdian Lake and Dongdian Lake.
