The four main harmful substances of e-cigarettes:

(2) Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons mainly come from incomplete combustion, in which benzo (a) pyrene is a strong carcinogen.

(3) Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), a kind of flame retardant, can interfere with thyroid hormones and have reproductive and developmental toxicity. Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are usually added to the inner core of e-cigarettes, which are easily atomized together with e-cigarette oil and inhaled by smokers.

(4) Formaldehyde, a well-known first carcinogen, can also cause cough, which is irritating to eyes and skin. The formaldehyde content of four or five thousand ppm in e-cigarette oil (additive liquid and cigarette bomb) is enough to make people shudder. According to the safety limit set by the US Environmental Protection Agency, adults only need to smoke 3 e-cigarettes, which exceeds the daily human safety limit!
