Which one is more suitable for today’s young people’s lifestyle, buying or renting a house?

I think young people should rent a house. There are the following points. Renting is better than buying a house.

1. For young people who have newly entered society, their wages are not too high and they are under great pressure to repay their mortgages.

2. Young people basically have no savings. If they want to buy a house, they have to borrow money, which is uncomfortable.

3. I have just entered the society and don’t know where to settle yet. Don’t rush to buy a house, as it will cause trouble later.

4. If you have just entered society and are not clear about housing prices and urban development plans, your future development will not be good.
