How do you get lazy at work?

Usually I finish what I'm doing ahead of time, so I can talk about the rest of the time.

Make a good work plan the day before, grasp the main problems the next day, solve the more urgent key problems first, and then do the lighter work, which can basically be completed ahead of schedule, and the rest of the time can be allocated for a long time by yourself.
