This activity began with the election of the group leader. So at first, after the original team leaders of Team 1 and Team 2 expressed their desire to continue to be the team leaders, no one came to compete with them. In the third group, someone suggested that he wanted to be the team leader. After being elected successfully, everyone in other groups understood what was going on, and many people regretted not taking part just now. So the whole activity went smoothly, except for the monitor and vice monitor, other class cadres were elected soon. Of course, in the whole process, students participate in a wide range, mainly because students point out each other's shortcomings. For example, someone who wants to choose a team leader is accused of being slow in homework and sometimes goes home without doing his homework. Some people want to choose the labor Committee and are accused of messy desks ... Although the scene is a bit messy, this is exactly what they should forget when they are on duty. The fiercest competition this time is the competition of the vice monitor. Probably, children think it is a very glorious thing to be a monitor or vice monitor, so many people sign up for the monitor. The original monitor got 42 votes from 46 people in the class, and the vice monitor only got 3 votes, so they all stared at the position of the vice monitor without hope of running for the monitor. Some of the applicants voluntarily abstained after being pointed out by other students, and the rest vowed that they were very good, but their popularity was not good, and no one wanted to choose him. ...

Through this activity, the main purpose is to let students know their own shortcomings, let them have the direction to correct their mistakes, let them participate in class cadre election activities, and cultivate their fair and just mentality. Of course, this process also has great defects. For example, some students don't know the difference between a monitor and a team leader, preferring not to be a study committee member, but also to be a team leader who collects homework. There are also some introverted students who really want to do something for the class, but they just dare not raise their hands to choose. Another major drawback is that many students vote blindly, because they raise their hands to vote, so many students raise their hands because there are more people raising their hands.
