How to write about your feelings after joining the club?

I stayed in HKCSS for a while and have a superficial understanding of the operation of the association. I feel that our clubs and associations have changed a lot in the past two years. The situation is much better now than when I first joined HKCSS, so I won't say much about the excellent aspects. I believe many people have seen it. Now I want to talk about my humble opinion on the problems existing in our school community, hoping to attract more attention. (Some specific situations mentioned below are for academic research only. They don't mean anything to people, and they don't mean to belittle them. Please forgive me if you are angry. After all, it's just my humble opinion. If you want to clap a brick, clap a brick ...)

1. The development of mass organizations generally lacks strong support. To put it bluntly, there must be a test mountain! Why can the management case analysis contest of management association get so much attention from the school? Why can it be held for 7 years in a row and become a reserved project for judging experts this year? The reason is simple-they have the support of official institutions such as the School of Management, which can provide mentors, technology and funds for the association! Therefore, they have reason to become a special association and win the title of "Top Ten Associations in Zhejiang Province". Take a step back, not to mention such a big step. After all, there are not many clubs that can get the support of a branch. Let's talk about meridians. Their "Midday Night" has been held for many years and its influence is growing. It can be said that Meridian has formed a brand. Their family culture is also worth learning and learning from every community, including the HKCSS. Moreover, they also have a mentor (like an old Woods who stays in school), who can be the core of screenwriters, directors and even actors, unite all the forces of society and lead Woods to work in one direction. As an instructor of a club, he has professional knowledge and skills, and more importantly, he has enthusiasm and responsibility. I believe Meridian will make greater progress with this help. On the contrary, due to the lack of support from all sides, the operation of many sports clubs is not smooth. For example, some sports clubs may also be related to the actual situation of our school. The Youth League Committee can't get some sports venues for these clubs, so many sports clubs have been cancelled or transferred to the military department because of operational problems since my freshman year. At present, there are clubs such as table tennis, badminton, tennis, volleyball, basketball, fitness, love of life and backyard (also a form of student associations). Compared with them, our tennis association, basketball association, football association and table tennis association are all pale and powerless! Because they (we) can't provide the necessary operating funds such as venues, equipment and training for members! Therefore, it will inevitably lead to the bleak management of the community! How to seek such support for the development of the association has also become a problem that the association and social groups should consider together.

2. The work of mass organizations has not been institutionalized. Although students' associations are established spontaneously according to their own interests and hobbies, they are relatively free, but in order to better develop the associations, there should be a set of relatively perfect management methods in internal management and operation. Managing the community is not only a matter of HKCSS, but also the responsibility of the community itself! Give a very simple example-the general election of community leaders. How many associations can truly follow the principle that "the president of the association is elected by the general assembly" written in their articles of association? Another example is the archives management and cultural inheritance of associations. Many clubs often don't have their own perfect files and materials, such as some proper records and summaries of activities, photos and video materials, annual memorabilia of clubs, etc. Whenever HKCSS asks for materials, it is natural that nothing can be taken out; As for community culture, the change of some community leaders will lead to the loss of community culture, so that the new leaders can only start from scratch after taking over. The mature development model should be "standing on the shoulders of giants" to complete the accumulation of culture and the inheritance of ideas. Originally, I wanted to take the Zero Survey Association as an example, but I don't know much about it myself. I only know that they have done a good job in member management, and they have detailed information registration for every member who joins, which is also a manifestation of being responsible for the association and members, so I guess they should do a good job in the management of the association. As for other aspects, I won't say much, because I don't know much about them, but I think their leaders have a lot to learn, and they can even be said to be ahead of HKCSS.

3. There are various problems in community activities. Specifically, the quality of activities is not high. Sometimes community activities only focus on quantity and ignore quality. For example, every weekend, advertisements downstairs are covered with various movie posters, including the community. I'm not saying it's not good to show movies. For example, societies such as Liangyuan Film and Television Association and Crystal Comic Club have a lot to do with film screening, but other societies don't know why they show films that have nothing to do with them. I don't think this is good for the community itself. And if it's just to make up the numbers (HKCSS has regulations on the number of club activities per semester), it's even more meaningless. We have always encouraged the association to carry out activities with its own characteristics, such as the case analysis contest of the management association, the mock trial of the law society, and the psychological publicity week of the psychological association. Through these activities, we can not only establish the brand of the club, but also attract more students' attention to the club. We have always hoped to guide associations to develop in this direction, and some associations have done better. For example, the inter-school debate held by the Debate Association last semester greatly enhanced the popularity and influence of the Association. We hope more associations can participate in the planning and organization of some large-scale activities. During the activity, the rights and interests of club members are not guaranteed. Some societies hold activities unilaterally seeking influence and effect, and always hold activities for the whole school, so the rights of club members are violated, especially those who need to collect membership fees. They will think: anyway, everyone can participate in the activity, so it makes no difference whether I join your association or not. What's more, some club activities can't inform members, which makes members lose the right to participate in club activities. We encourage more associations to carry out regular activities for their members. First of all, we must protect the rights and interests of members. I think the best club in this field is the roller skating association. Of course, this regular activity is not contradictory to the large-scale activity mentioned above. You can have both. The key is to see how you handle their relationship. Community activities can be said to be the core of a community. If the club gives students the impression of being bustling when recruiting new people, but the activities are either missing or of low quality, it is no wonder that students say that the club is cheating money.

4. Lack of effective communication and cooperation between associations. We all know that there are a number of excellent student associations in the school, and their leaders must have unique insights and experiences in the management and operation of the associations. But I don't know why, many leaders just don't want to exchange their experience in managing associations. The HKCSS always takes the lead in saying that it is necessary to strengthen exchanges. However, after hard work, I always feel that the effect is not great or even minimal, and the association is basically doing its own thing. For example, the planning department of our previous piano, chess, calligraphy and painting activities was led by our community, and several corresponding communities cooperated to undertake it, so the problem came. If the planning department calls several of their clubs to meet and arrange specific tasks, they will definitely come, but sometimes it is very rare for them to finish their work by themselves, such as meeting them and discussing specific activities by themselves. Let's give another example ... invivo dance special. In fact, a dance at a special party is more creative in our school. As a relatively young association, invivo still insists on holding a party, and the effect of the party is still good. It's just that I think there are many dance clubs in our school, such as street dance association and Latin dance association. If there is a similar activity next time, it is suggested that it can be held in cooperation with several associations. On the one hand, it can provide more support and guarantee for the organization and preparation of activities, and on the other hand, it can make the programs of the party more diversified. Perhaps the example I gave is a little extreme, but it is an indisputable fact that the association lacks communication and cooperation. It is said that "peers are enemies", but student associations must not be stingy in communication and cooperation! If associations can communicate and cooperate independently, social associations will only play an appropriate guiding role, and their own development will have a more promising future. After all, "it is not a unique spring, but a garden full of flowers"!

In some colleges and universities that have done well in community work and developed their communities, such as Zhejiang Normal University, their community work has been incorporated into school management and development. It can be said that their community is more formal and standardized than our school's, and it is not just a "civil organization". For example, they implement the appointment system of community tutors and the system of community college entrance examination; The league organization system of the community-that is, establishing their own league branches in some pilot communities directly under the school league Committee can better strengthen the management of the community itself; Credit system-formalizing and systematizing some theoretical courses and practical activities of associations, making them optional courses in schools. As long as you guarantee to participate in training, you can get corresponding credits like other optional courses; Wait a minute. After reading their things, I feel more deeply that our social associations and various societies still have a long way to go. ...

Finally, I want to say one thing,

We have been working hard!

We work together!
