1. The crankshaft pressure in the water pump of the piercer is very high, and the lubricating oil should be replaced immediately after working for a period of time. If it is not replaced in time, it will have serious consequences. Because the water pump is a very important part in the small hole machine, if something goes wrong with this part, it will affect the use of the whole machine tool.

2. The rotary head of the piercer works under high pressure, and its seal needs to be replaced regularly. If it is replaced in case of water leakage, it is possible that water has penetrated into the bearing and the loss is even greater.

3. The mechanical part (mainly the constant motion part) of the piercer should be added with lubricating oil or guide rail oil as needed. In recent years, the small hole machine has developed rapidly and is widely used in precision mould processing. It is generally considered as the supporting equipment of WEDM machine tools. Used for WEDM line hole, chemical fiber spinneret, sieve plate group hole, engine blade and cylinder cooling hole, gas path hole, etc. Suitable for cutting fine holes and ultra-deep holes such as initial holes, nozzle holes, filter holes, air holes and group holes of various metals and superhard conductor materials.

4. After each use of the piercer, clean up the water and workpiece residue on the workbench. Dust inside the electrical box should also be cleaned frequently, which is beneficial to the heat dissipation effect of electrical components. If the dust on the printed circuit board is not removed, it is easy to absorb moisture and corrosive things in the air after a long time, which will corrode the tiny conductive copper skin and lead to machine tool failure.
