First, the experience of small-scale new training is insufficient, and the work is slightly passive. Because it is the first time to form a new company, there is no ready-made model to follow, and there are still some shortcomings in the actual group training. If the equipment and theoretical teaching materials are relatively lacking, the training ability of backbone organizations needs to be improved.

Second, backbone management needs to be further strengthened. The backbone of the recruit company is relatively young, so how to establish an effective incentive mechanism, strengthen the management education of the backbone and play its due role is a problem that should be paid attention to in the new training work in the future.

Third, the issue of logistics support still needs further discussion. The logistics support of the new training work has brought some difficulties to the new training work due to the influence of the site and climate, which needs to be further improved and some supporting facilities for hardware construction should be strengthened.

This year's new training work is successful, and some experience has been accumulated, from which the leading cadres of the recruits have also been trained.
