On township work

The third is to know love. I just started to participate in township work, and I am dissatisfied with the poverty and hardship of township work. At that time, the biggest idea was to transfer to the county seat, and then I was lucky enough to take the leadership position in the township, and I really realized the happiness brought by loving my work. After working in xxx for eight years, I was not used to it at first in this small town with complicated social conditions and public opinions. Later, I slowly integrated my life and feelings into this big family and the people I served. When I won more excellent votes in the annual appraisal and won the maintenance and respect of my colleagues in my work, when I went to the village to hear the applause and praise of the people, I felt that I was happy and all my efforts were worthwhile. Love is the source of happiness in our work and life. In the past 20 years, knowing how to be grateful and loving one's post and dedication is the greatest gain in my life.
