Xiangshan poetry

Autumn came, and my father took me to visit Xiangshan's poem: stop and sit in the maple forest late, and the frost leaves are red in February flowers.

Xiangshan Park, located at No.40 Shangmao Street, Haidian District, Beijing, northwest suburb of Beijing, covers an area of 1.88 hectares, and is a royal garden with mountain forest characteristics. Xiangfeng, the main peak of the scenic spot, is commonly known as "Ghost Seeing Sorrow", with an altitude of 575 meters. As early as the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, the royal family built a farewell palace in Xiangshan, where the emperor went hunting and enjoying the cool in summer and autumn.

There are two versions of the name of Xiangshan in historical documents. The first one comes from the people. It is said that there was a large area of apricot flowers planted on Xiangshan Mountain in the early years. Every year at the flowering stage, the flowers here are rich, hence the name.

Second, it is from "Ai 'an Temple in Xiangshan", which says that there is a big stone in the mountain, and its shape is very similar to the incense burner in the temple, so the mountain is named after the stone in the shape of incense burner.

Xiangshan Park is located at the eastern foot of Xishan Mountain in the northwest suburb of Beijing, about 20 kilometers away from Beijing, covering an area of 188 hectares. Xiangshan in the park is located in the heart of the eastern slope of Xishan Mountain, and it is also the hub of the eastern end of Xishan Ridge, with overlapping peaks and valleys.

Xiangfeng Road, the main peak, is 575 meters above sea level, with lateral ridges extending eastward on the north and south sides, reaching Hongshantou in the south and Qinglong Bridge in the north.

Xiangshan Mountain, Yuquan Mountain, Wanshou Mountain and Kunming Lake on the eastern plain are roughly on an east-west axis. Xiangshan Mountain and Yuquan Mountain are on the lake, while Zhuoxi Mountain and Danquan Mountain are in the ravine. There is water in the mountains, there are mountains in the water, and there are many historical sites, close to a few seats.

Up to 20 10, there are 39 1 species of plants in Xiangshan Park, among which wild species are mostly distributed widely. The largest number is cotinus coggygria (red leaves in Xiangshan) and Platycladus orientalis.

There are a large number of cultivated plants around the buildings and temples in the park, such as Ginkgo biloba and Pinus tabulaeformis. These plants have a long history of planting and there are a large number of ancient trees. Among them, there are more than 5,800 first-class and second-class ancient trees, accounting for about 1/4 of the total number of ancient trees in Beijing.

There are more than 300 first-class ancient trees. There are thirteen kinds of tree species, such as Platycladus orientalis, Pinus tabulaeformis, Sabina vulgaris, Pinus bungeana, Ginkgo biloba, Catalpa bungeana, Quercus acutissima, Ulmus pumila, Koelnut, Aesculus chinensis and Gleditsia sinensis.
