I ride my bike leisurely and feel that life is so comfortable and peaceful.

After more than a month, due to busy work and many things, sometimes I feel at a loss when doing service. When students are thinking, they say, "Every day is a good day. Yes, every day is a good day. It's like a blow to wake me up. Since childhood, we have been longing for that kind of life, quiet and peaceful career achievements, sweet love and harmonious interpersonal relationships. This kind of mood is like a sailboat sailing in the smooth waves, with the sunshine accompanying the sea and the waves hitting the ship's side.

However, with the passage of time, I gradually found that work is sometimes so annoying. No matter what you do, you can't satisfy others. Love is not so romantic and warm every day, and life is sometimes so monotonous. So I found that there are fewer and fewer happy people around me, and the more I grow up, the more lonely and unhappy I am. Unfortunately, when people look at stars, they can't see the moon. They only pay attention to the brilliance of the little star but can't see the perfect Buddha nature like the moon.

It's not a simple saying that every day is sunny. Only a reasonable person can know that the heart is as big as an empty space, including all scattered clouds. Then all the troubles are just rainy and gloomy. What harm will it do to the beauty of the whole life?

Every day is a good day, and I really realize that there are sadness, joy, ugliness, beauty, likes and dislikes in life. If you only see sadness, ugliness and disgust, your gloomy mood will cover you. In fact, the best explanation is that if you pursue relative knowledge in the world, you will fall into endless troubles and sorrows. Only by clearing the clouds, will you not care about good or bad, gain or loss, right or wrong, and will you truly understand that there is no difference in the absolute world.

Don't get carried away when you are proud of the wind, keep a sensitive and clean heart; When you are frustrated, miserable and sad, you can take pleasure in suffering, make continuous progress, never get tired of life, and pursue a new realm. If there is only joy in life, there will be no depth in life, and people will develop unilaterally like waves on the sea; If there is only sadness in life, life will have depth, but life has no development at all, just like a still lake. There are joys and sorrows in life, and life will be multifaceted, energetic and deep.

Sometimes I feel trouble and pain are like this water. No matter what you do, it can't be satisfactory. When the cup is small, the water will overflow and the trouble will continue. You can't change water, just like you can't change others, but you can change a bigger cup, and your troubles will be much smaller if you have a big heart. A person's trouble lies not in the trouble itself, but in his powerlessness in the face of it. A real solution to trouble requires an open world of thought. Only by stopping his inner troubles can he not be trapped by external sufferings.

Therefore, instead of using your own thoughts to lead an honest and clean life, it is better to get rid of your troubles and truly understand that your true nature is undiminished. There is no good or bad, no beauty or ugliness, no life or death, and no distinction between high and low. The true self is always in the depths of your soul.
