Although you have worked hard and tried your best, we didn’t make any mistakes. Are you fooling me? ! ! It's said that you work independently, but in fact your leaders push you around, and in the end you don't know how to do your job. You ask him a question, and he gets impatient; then when a question comes up, he says you don't ask; you work hard, but your head says you're fooling; you have to go to class on the weekend, but your boss says you can't go even for exams, and you have to work overtime. .....I was in class that time, and the community called me and asked me to work overtime. Please listen to the class at school, in Chaoyang! ! The other end of the phone also asked me why you didn’t ask me for permission during class? ! It's Saturday! ! ! Besides, you never mentioned working overtime before, how could I ask? What about asking for instructions? ! ! In the end, "Do you still want to do it?! It's up to you!" He was even deprived of his right to go to school! There is nothing wrong with giving and it is something that should be done. But this doesn’t mean that community workers don’t have their own time, right? ! Now the initiative to improve the welfare benefits of community workers lies in the hands of the state. State workers do not know the news about the increase in the wages and benefits of community workers. As young people, we have no hope of making money in the community and our future is slim; of course, the employment situation this year is grim. Although we can't make any money, at least we still have a job opportunity, so we can't give it up! But when you serve the residents enthusiastically and at the same time cope with the overwhelming work assigned by the street leaders, what you get is the director’s disdainful eyes, the secretary’s provocative lectures, the boring responsibilities of the webmaster; and the ridicule and disdain of your colleagues. , as a community worker, you should give the residents the minimum enthusiasm, but some people say you are a fool! ! In the community, we often do half-tasks and have long-term work pressures. When the leaders conduct surprise inspections, the first person to be scolded is me, the security director. I have so many things to do that I can't handle it. I tried my best to catch up on the work, but the leader suddenly fell from the sky and no one knew what was going on, but he wanted to take it out on me

a new person.

There are many things similar to the above. I don’t want to be wronged like this anymore and I will no longer do thankless things. In addition, in order to go to school and prepare for a good future in the future, I I resigned from my position as a community worker and left, but I felt unwilling to do so.
