Reflections after the meditation class for freshmen.

At the end of the ideological and moral class, I suddenly found myself no longer standing in class to talk about my thoughts and feelings, thinking that I had lost an opportunity to exercise.

In fact, I have been exposed to this course since primary school, and what I really want to learn is from college. I used to study for the sake of studying. Now, I can feel its importance, not for exams.

This book let me know that contemporary college students shoulder historical responsibilities. We should adapt to the requirements of the times and establish a brand-new image. Ideal is a necessary prerequisite for every aspiring college student, and we should fight for it, not just for three minutes. Pursuing the truth, being good at innovation, having both ability and political integrity, developing in an all-round way, and more importantly, being an honest man and doing things in a down-to-earth manner, is bound to improve moral personality.

This book conveys a lot of social information, such as core values, social development concept and so on, which gives me a further understanding of these.

No matter how to serve the country, we should consciously carry forward the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and opening up as the core, study hard and master the ability to serve the country. Only by combining one's true knowledge with one's ambition to serve the motherland and constantly practicing oneself can one make due contributions to the country and the nation and realize the life pursuit of being a loyal patriot.

The writers in the book need to be serious, pragmatic, optimistic and enterprising in life. This is all we need to do in this life. We have never been confused before, and we have no idea what to do in life. Now that I know so much, he has enriched my life, my life.
