Jiaoding Mountain Travel Notes

Jiaoding Mountain is a scenic spot to be developed in Shuimo Town deep in the mountains of my hometown.

A friend of his who had worked in Shuimo Town drove us there. Along the way, this friend was exaggerating the scenery of Jiaoding Mountain, saying that they had climbed the mountain on summer nights, chased hares when it snowed in winter, and that the air in Jiaoding Mountain had the ability to cleanse the lungs.

Before I saw the mountain, I first heard its name. I was full of curiosity and expectation for the Jiaoding Mountain I was about to see.

After sixty or seventy miles of hiking, the car was driving on a winding mountain village road. The mountains were rolling, and the green buckwheat fields and oat fields with rolling wheat waves were all along the way. We have arrived at a high mountain area with an altitude of more than 2,000 meters.

After entering the mountain, I parked my car and walked around the hills one after another, heading towards Jiaoding Mountain. Along the way I met some tourists who were also rushing to the top of the mountain. The scenery on the road is beautiful, with white clouds surrounding the green mountains in the distance and green grass and wild flowers nearby.

Jiaoding Mountain is the highest mountain in this mountain range and is named after its shape like a sedan. Especially when viewed from a distance, Jiaoding Mountain stands tall like a flock of chickens among the mountains.

Opposite Jiaoding Mountain, some tourists gathered. We walked over and took a look. It turned out that a few adventurous young men made their own zip lines and slid from the top of the mountain to the mountainside of Jiaoding Mountain. It’s true how high the mountain is and how courageous it is. There is no safety precautions and it is too dangerous. I still hope they will not take their own lives for granted.

At the top of Jiaoding Mountain, I met my junior high school teacher, which surprised me immensely. The teacher, his wife, and the family of our old principal also made an appointment to climb Jiaoding Mountain.

Standing on the top of Jiaoding Mountain, more than 3,000 meters above sea level, you can see Lehong Town on the other side of the mountain, winding mountain roads and dotted villages. The teacher said that he had been here when he was a boy, and it was especially beautiful when there was a sea of ??clouds and when the sunset shrouded it. Our friends said that the night view is also very beautiful. The stars in the sky and the lights on the ground seem to be connected and integrated into one. It reminds me of Mr. Guo Moruo's "Street Market in the Sky". Our old principal told us that the highest mountain opposite is Qiaojia's Yaoshan, which is more than 4,000 meters above sea level. Legend has it that Yaoshan and Jiaoding Mountain were married, and some dowries were found at the foot of the mountain. What an interesting story it is that the mountains and the mountains are married! These two mountains now look at each other endlessly, right?

Infinite scenery lies on dangerous peaks. The scenery of Jiaoding Mountain is indeed majestic, open and spectacular. It feels like Du Fu climbed Mount Tai, "you will be at the top of the mountain and you will be able to see all the small mountains at a glance".

Come down the mountain, say goodbye to the teacher and others, and we will return according to our schedule. On the way down the mountain, I was once again attracted by the buckwheat fields and oat fields beside the road. This is a rare scenery. I thought about how beautiful it would be if I came with a few like-minded girlfriends, wearing floral dresses with them, standing among the buckwheat bushes or taking pictures in the yellowing oat fields. Unfortunately, such scenery is unlikely to happen. What I took along the way, apart from the green mountains, were the back figures of the three men traveling with me.

The development of Jiaoding Mountain Scenic Area has been put on the agenda. It is lucky to come and see it before it is developed. This is the original ecology of Qiaoding Mountain. After development, although the environment will become It will be more beautiful and the management will be more orderly, but it will definitely destroy some things that exist today...
