At present, in order to strengthen the management of online food safety, China has promulgated the Measures for the Supervision and Management of Online Catering Services (Draft for Comment) and the Measures for the Investigation and Punishment of Online Food Safety Violations, which clearly define the responsibilities of relevant departments and personnel in online food sales. However, for those online foods sold based on friends circle, there is no particularly clear and standardized system to restrict them. With the increasing expansion of the online food sales market, security issues have become increasingly prominent. And people's worries about private jiaozi are also based on this.
