The importance of motivating students in class

For the evaluation of students in Chinese class, our teachers are all aware of its importance to students and want to do it well, but they are all puzzled, but they can't do it properly and skillfully. I usually tell myself to pay attention to the evaluation of students in my work, but in fact I always feel that my language is poor and my grades are not satisfactory.

I think the evaluation of Chinese class should start from the purpose of evaluation and the characteristics of Chinese class.

The purpose of evaluation is to make students happy, excellent and able to learn. The characteristic of Chinese class is to cultivate students' Chinese literacy, that is, to cultivate students' listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities and cultivate students' emotions. In senior high school, teaching students to read and write should be the focus of Chinese teaching. Based on this, we should evaluate students' learning attitude, learning process, learning methods and learning results in Chinese classroom.

First of all, talk about learning attitude. In class, we can seize the opportunity for students to think and speak, and give them an evaluation, even an exaggerated evaluation. For example, you are really brave. You are an example to our class. You're great. You're really great. You are the best. You are so clever. You are so clever. You are really good at thinking. That's great. The teacher admires you and is proud of you. You are really good. You are really patient and persistent in your studies. In this way, students can feel that they are affirmed, appreciated and respected, thus stimulating students' interest, enhancing their self-confidence and achieving the goal of happy learning.

Secondly, talk about learning methods. Diversification of teaching evaluation. Teachers should not only evaluate students, but also let them participate in the evaluation, which requires teachers to teach students how to evaluate and from what aspects. In Chinese class, students' evaluation should be based on reading methods, such as whether the summary of the text content is comprehensive and concise, whether to grasp the key words to experience, whether to think in combination with their own real life, whether to feel from repeated reading and careful reading, whether to read accurately, and whether to grasp the emotion of sentences.
