1.4 Insufficient technical foundation

The basic inspection of the engineering ontology is judged by the engineering survey and design, so the basic geological conditions of the tower crane cannot be decided by the supervisor.

(2) The strength of foundation concrete required by the manufacturer/manufacturer of tower crane is C ... ~ C. However, Article 4.4.2 of Technical Specification for Safety of Construction Machinery (JGGJ33-2001) stipulates that the concrete strength grade of tower crane should not be lower than C35, and the foundation made by the construction unit according to the instruction obviously does not meet the safety requirements. How can the supervisor just sign it?

(3) Because the construction unit knows that the tower crane does not enter the supervision and acceptance procedure, and does not check the tower crane foundation according to the working procedure like the project, the tower body is often installed when the foundation concrete strength does not reach more than 75% of the design strength, and it is not recognized by the supervision. This situation is very common on the construction site, and it is difficult for the security department to insist that the supervisor recognize the foundation quality afterwards.

1.5 Like pile drivers, excavators, mixers and other construction machinery, tower cranes belong to the same kind of construction machinery, and their manufacturing and installation quality does not need supervision.

2, supervision in tower crane safety responsibilities.

The above statement that the supervisor is not responsible for the manufacturing and installation quality of tower cranes does not mean that the supervisor is indifferent to the safety production of tower cranes, but should do the following work and fully perform his duties.

2. 1 When reviewing the construction organization design, it is necessary to review whether the location of the tower crane on the construction layout is reasonable, and whether there are high-voltage lines or passages for non-construction personnel within the operation scope of the tower crane; If yes, the construction unit is required to set up protective measures, and the single construction plan will be implemented after approval.

2.2 Review the safety measures for the use of tower cranes in the construction organization design.

2.6 Before using the tower crane, it should be checked and approved by the local safety supervision department. When using the tower crane, the license and inspection certificate issued by the safety supervision department should be placed or pasted in a prominent position of the tower crane.

2.7 tower crane operators must have training certificates. Unlicensed personnel are not allowed to operate.
