Introduction of Taipingshan Cableway in Qingdao —— Instructions for Riding

Looking at the beautiful scenery of Qingdao from high altitude by cableway is a bold play project. If you take the cableway, there is no better route than taking the Taipingshan cableway. Before taking the Taipingshan cableway, it is recommended to know the ride instructions in advance and prepare for the ride.

Boarding instructions 1. Please take the ropeway ticket on the same day. When checking tickets, follow the service personnel's command station to the boarding line. When the hanging chair comes, sit down, put the guardrail in place, lift the guardrail in advance when getting off the bus, and get off quickly from both sides of the hanging chair at the getting off line to avoid the moving hanging chair.

2. In any of the following circumstances, no ropeway is allowed:

Passengers suffering from heart disease, hypertension, psychosis, dizziness, panic disorder, alcoholism, old age, disability, habitual abortion in early and late pregnancy.

3. No smoking, squatting or standing while riding, no slapstick or rocking the hanging chair, so as to avoid danger.

4. It is forbidden to carry dangerous and toxic substances when taking the cableway.

Brief introduction of ropeway The ropeway is located on Taiping Mountain, the first famous mountain in Qingdao. Taiping Mountain was the former site of the only battlefield in Asia during World War I and the best viewing platform for the Shanghai Summit. The ropeway spans Zhongshan Park, TV Tower and Botanical Garden, with a total length of 1 100 meters, 200 hanging chairs and 850 passengers per hour. You can see the Laoshan Mountain in the east and the Yellow Sea in the west by cableway, which is the only sightseeing cableway passing through the new old city.
