If you want to grow taller, what sutra is better to read (reciting Buddha's name, reciting mantra)

Only when you sow causes can you get the results, and only when the causes are right can the results be right. If you are tall, you will be respectful at all times. If you were respectful to others in your previous life, you will get a tall result in this life.

If you want to grow taller in this life, you can do this: 1. Read and recite Buddhist scriptures, understand the principles, and realize the truth; 2. Eat vegetarian food, release animals, worship Buddha and practice sutras (these are very good exercises and are helpful for the healthy development of the body) ); 3. Make a vow, be willing to observe the precepts and give alms and offerings in order to grow taller (the specific content is determined by yourself), sincerely pray for the blessings of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and sentient beings will feel that Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are responding, so work hard and will not give up until you achieve your goal.
