Two, in accordance with the "urban dicing, county grouping, time-sharing start" principle:

1. Main urban area: It is divided into three areas, and the nucleic acid screening of one area is completed every day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the leakage is checked and filled on Saturday and Sunday.

2. Other counties and development zones: Divide other 19 counties and development zones outside the main city into 6 groups, and conduct nucleic acid screening in different periods from Monday to Saturday, and check for leaks and fill gaps on Sunday. The implementation sequence is:
