What about the building when the land lease contract expires?

Legal analysis: first, the sublease of the contract; During the validity of this contract, Party B has the right to subcontract all or part of the leased land to a third party without Party A's consent. Modification and dissolution of the contract: 1. Once this contract is signed, it is legally binding, and no unit or individual may modify or terminate it at will. This contract can only be modified or dissolved after both parties sign a written agreement through consultation. 2. During the performance of this contract, if it is difficult to perform this contract due to force majeure, this contract can be modified or dissolved, and both parties are not responsible for each other. 3. During the performance of this contract, if land is requisitioned for national construction, this land lease contract will be automatically terminated. Party A shall return the rent paid by Party B according to the actual unfulfilled lease term. At the same time, Party A shall also pay Party B the expenses of various building facilities on the leased land, and make corresponding compensation according to the lease operating years and the actual situation of development and utilization. 4. If the lease continues after the expiration of this contract, both parties shall sign a future lease contract three months before the expiration of this contract.
