1. If the battery is charged, the number will not be displayed, so it cannot be turned on. It may be dead. First, check whether the battery of the scale is charged. If there is no electricity, first charge it with a rechargeable battery electronic scale. Or the kind that uses batteries, go to a store in button cell and buy the same type of batteries. 2. Check that the voltage can be switched on, but the weight will not be displayed after switching on. Also check the battery voltage of the electronic scale, and be careful to be higher than 6V. If it is lower than 5.7V, please charge it; If it is lower than 4.8V, it will be dead soon after charging. Please replace the battery.

3. No objects are placed. Only when an object is placed on the electronic scale will the electronic scale display numbers. Without objects, there are naturally no numbers. So don't be surprised if you haven't put anything in, but you only see light after opening it, and there are no numbers displayed.

4. If the sensor or display instrument confirms that it is not a power problem, consider the following:

(1) Sensor problem The sensor wire is broken or the sensor is broken. Open the electronic scale to see if the wires inside are connected properly and the wires at the sensor connector are broken. If the wires are good, correct them and try. In addition, if the sensor wire is reconnected, the sensor wire is not connected correctly.

(2) The display instrument fails or the main board of the weighing display instrument is damaged. The failure rate of weighing display instrument is very low, which rarely occurs in use, and its circuit is complex and it is difficult to check.
