Personally, I think Emmett is the real black factory. I can work at MSI for half a year, and at Skyworth too. I can work for three months, but I can't stand to work for one day at Emmett. Maybe some people think it depends on the position, but I was assigned to stand and install the fan net. I spent a day shooting with my bare hands. My hands were red and even blistered, and I couldn't hold the water cup. At 7:25 in the morning, I have to go to the workshop for a morning meeting. I have lunch and a half-hour lunch break. I have an hour for dinner in the afternoon. I work overtime until 22:30 in the evening. I have to have a meeting after get off work. I heard that this happens every day and there are very few holidays. Typical Taiwan Enterprise, servile system. The boss and team leader would often curse at the senior employees, but the senior employees would also smile and admit their mistakes. They were all older men and women with families. They did not seek too much justice, but only wanted to be paid on time. . That day, the fans were so densely drained that my palms and forehead were all sweaty. I pretended not to win, and would leak one or two fans from time to time. My throat was so dry that I didn’t have time to drink water. After get off work in the evening, my supervisor made a lot of nonsense at the meeting. : If you can’t do it, you can leave! I didn't go there the next day...

Emmett's workshop was quite dirty and messy. The tabletops on the assembly line were in disrepair. There was a layer of black ash on the floor. There was no air conditioning. The canteen was also dirty. There was pig food and there was a huge crowd at lunch. , you can wait in line for half an hour, and you have to pay out of your own pocket. I don’t understand why so many people flock to such a rotten factory every day. The interviewers are busy every day, and the applicants are like groups of tourists. Is it because China has a large population and there is no place to go, or is it because they all have their own ideas? The idea of ??making a fortune comes to Shenzhen. Although wages are high, prices are also high. When the boss is faced with paying high wages, in order for the factory to survive, technological improvement does not happen overnight. There are two simplest and fastest methods: Changbai shift or double shift. Therefore, when we enter a large factory, we simply have to work all-night shifts or endless overtime. 80% of Emmett workers do not have night shifts.

A small number of people at MSI only work the day shift, and most people work two shifts. In the group I stayed in, I and another colleague took turns working the night shift. At night, I did the testing alone in the huge workshop. You can only see some colleagues working on the computer in a distant corner. In addition to checking the 7S staff, they occasionally come over once or twice for inspections throughout the night. They don’t even bother you. The workload is not heavy and it is not an assembly line. If you encounter problems and can’t find the PE, just Save tomorrow, just finish your work, and spend the rest of the time hiding in a corner playing with your phone and sleeping. Maybe the group I was assigned to was a little better. It is said that some workshops have all-night shifts standing up, and there are still people to supervise them.

The salary is not high, about 4,000, accommodation is included but food is not included, and meals are 10 yuan a day. Sundays are usually off. There are 8-person dormitories for college students. The workshop environment is okay, and there is air conditioning. It is comfortable for newcomers when they arrive. I was scolded and wanted to leave when I first came, but I admired the monitor's computer skills and chose to stay. Later, the monitor was promoted to PE, and I became a veteran employee. The working atmosphere in the whole company is a bit depressing. You can't chat while working. The colleagues around you are basically young women and old bachelors. I see very few unmarried girls. Some of them are more than enough, and they are either bitches or crack dates. Do you want to join the factory to find a girlfriend? Want a good wife and mother? It’s simply a fantasy! It’s not impossible, but you have to weigh your own conditions and opportunities. Chinese women are generally very vain, and they give priority to finding men to be officials. As long as you don’t mind being cheated and don’t mind low quality, you can still have fun.

On June 26, 2018, a stabbing incident occurred in the workshop on the second floor of Building A of MSI. A young man brought a knife from outside and stabbed a technician to death on the spot. A QC was also stabbed and seriously injured. Later, the young man was sent to the police station. MSI tried its best to cover up the whole incident, and the reporter ignored it. I saw a sign on the gate of the factory that read "Emergency incident, rest in Building A." "Three days", the rest of the people went to work as usual, no meetings, no discussions, no reaction from the management, it was as quiet as stepping on an ant. The people were recruited by MSI and managed by MSI. MSI has no responsibility at all when something like this happens? There was no change in the management style after the incident, as if it had never happened. At that time, I was really worried that one day I would disappear like this without anyone noticing, live a humble life, and die even more humblely. The only thing that changed was in the factory area. There is an additional security check at the door, which is really simple and crude. Now I can’t even bring in late-night snacks.

I originally planned to wait until the Chinese New Year before resigning, but I didn’t expect that I would bring my mobile phone into the workshop many times during the year-end accounting in December. Three major demerits were recorded and I was fired immediately! ? An old employee told me before that if he brought his mobile phone and was registered by the security guard, he would only be deducted a small bonus. Now the team leader was shocked when it suddenly happened. He tried many methods but couldn't save it. Maybe it was because he was relocating the factory and laying off employees...< /p>

Let’s talk about Skyworth. I moved into the Great Wall branch factory in September 2019. The factory was rented in the Great Wall Industrial Zone. When the lease expired at the end of the year, the rent increased and I was forced to move. Later, I moved to Heshan, Jiangmen, and I resigned. .

This time I made a mistake. The person who took care of me was a girl from Hainan. She was only 18 years old. She had fair skin, a good figure, beautiful long hair, and a pretty and cute smile. She was invisible in the workshop. There will always be young men asking for WeChat messages in the corner. Her popularity has caused her to have a cold personality, and she even does some unbelievable things, such as knocking on the door of the human body's address. Some low-quality technicians always want to wipe her when they pass behind her. After a while, she told me that she hated this kind of dirty joke, but she just didn't want to get into trouble between colleagues. At the beginning, her attitude towards me was like a scoundrel, and she ignored me, especially the little look in her eyes (I didn't do anything, I just looked a little bit sleazy, and I was also a master), but later we got along with her. As time went by, she felt that I was honest and approachable, so she told me everything...

It is understood that most Skyworth workers work during the day shift, and they work overtime for 12 or 13 hours a day during busy hours (until 11 p.m. points), sometimes 14. There are no holidays, not enough sleep time, and it is difficult to ask for leave. Even going to the toilet is not easy. You must have a team leader or someone who understands your position, otherwise you will New employees are often embarrassed to hold it in until they get off work. They have no interpersonal relationships and will not say anything no matter how anxious they are. It is said that one woman held it in until she became incontinent, and some people fell ill after holding it in. I really couldn't bear it. I added a line when I was working. At two or three in the morning, I went to work as usual the next day, taking money at the expense of my life. When I have free time, I get off work immediately. Sometimes I get off work less than half an hour after work in the morning. Sometimes I only get off work for an hour and I don’t know where to go. Working hours are extremely flexible (mostly because there is a problem with the materials or the materials have not been delivered yet) , the production arrangement makes it feel like a child’s temperament is at his whim.

Because it is a TV, with a big screen, the whole cable is 100 meters long, divided into three sections. Each section has a team leader, and each cable has a line leader. The process is very complicated, and my position is responsible for it. Peel off the screen protective film. The protective film on some models is extremely difficult to peel off. You must rub some kale on your shoulders at the end of the day, otherwise you won’t be able to lift your hands the next day. The most expensive part of a TV is the imager (they call it 'glass'), which is as brittle as a layer of cotton. It can break if you're not careful. I broke a piece when I first joined the job (sigh~). The line manager saw that I was tall and powerful. I was not asked to sign a fine, but I was definitely scolded.

Accommodation is not included, but food is not included. Our branch factory does not have a canteen, so we all order takeout or eat outside. If you work a lot of overtime, you can earn between five and six thousand per month. The same group of people who went in with me, I was the only one left in less than a week. This is what happens in Chinese factories. The salary in the Shiyan service industry is only two or three thousand. If you want to get around five thousand, you have to enter the factory like this. As for Xinwanda, I have never been in it. According to colleagues who have been in it, it is not a plane, but a rocket...a rocket... If you have been in Xinwanda, you may think If you want to go to Skyworth for some leisure time, some of Skyworth's models are no different from fighting when running, and Sunwoda can't even pick them up when making batteries.

Chinese factories still work day shifts or two shifts, and most of the manual labor is done by hand. From the perspective of the enterprise, it is for price competition. From the perspective of the government, it is to lower prices. Promoting the employment rate and increasing workers' income at the same time is the best of both worlds. The only drawback is that it sacrifices workers' spare time or physical health. If they don’t work overtime, and work 8 hours a day, with weekends off, workers can only get the legal minimum wage. Scarce things are more valuable. If the monthly output is less, prices will naturally become higher. Workers can use their pitiful wages to buy high-priced goods. Survival will naturally become a problem for daily necessities, which is not conducive to economic development. The current industrial level can only be like this. China still faces many problems. The future form will be full automation. Factories no longer need manual labor, and robots do not need to enjoy the goods they produce. The country will use macro-control to let The goods produced by robots meet the living needs of unemployed people. So in the future, will everyone not have to do anything and sleep at home? Definitely not. Society must develop and life must continue. Welfare is only basic welfare, so that you don’t have to worry about food and clothing, and riot for food and clothing. But if you want more living resources (buy a house or a car), you must do things that robots cannot For substitute jobs, if there are more people, compete. With a fair and reasonable competitive environment, the level of the industry will be higher and higher, and ordinary people will be able to do their jobs with peace of mind (they will not always think about being the boss, eating a big melon, and climbing to the top in one step). Only when society develops can the country develop - I call this model "national welfare socialism", and it is said that some developed countries in Europe have already begun to do this
