1. Reject excessive responsibility.

Don't expect everyone to like you.

Don't look for reasons on yourself.

When you meet stupid leaders and colleagues, don't look for reasons from yourself. A mad dog bites people regardless of whether you are a good person or not. Sometimes you look harmless and are more vulnerable to being bullied.

4. Don't care what others think of you.

What you see in the workplace is the result. You should strive for resources and projects. Don't care if others will say that you eat too ugly. Don't care about the opinions of leaders and colleagues. It doesn't matter. What matters is your growth at work.

Don't take the expectations of leaders too seriously.

The expectation of leaders is, to put it mildly, a means of pua. This will let you do the work of three people alone, or expect you to give you one resource and ten times the output. This expectation is poison, don't be fooled.

What is the essence of work?

The essence of part-time job is to exchange our labor skills and working hours for corresponding rewards, so we don't have to be too arrogant at work, because colleagues' evaluation and bosses' high expectations of themselves will not only affect our health, but also fall into anxiety and depression.
