Nowadays, many factories stop production and have holidays, so it is not easy to start a business. Although the benefit of our factory is good, it is normal for us as the boss to be prepared for danger in times of peace.

3. Comfortable working environment, free to do what you want after work, and the boss doesn't interfere with watching TV and playing mobile phone.

4. The working environment is simple in interpersonal relationship, which is just suitable for a nervous and straightforward person like me. Don't worry that the speaker doesn't mean it, but the listener does. Don't worry about complicated interpersonal relationships.

The workplace is warm in winter and cool in summer, with heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, which is perfect for me who is prone to frostbite in winter.

6. There are paid holidays during the Spring Festival. All employees in our factory are paid one day, and only I can take paid vacations, especially during the Spring Festival, and I can only go to work on the 16th day of the first month. The vacation time is 17 to 20 days, which is really great. You don't have to go to work and have money, so you can play carefree.
