There are similarities, but there are still differences:

Formula 1: Based on Wuling Powder, Guizhi (cinnamon), Atractylodes Poria, Alisma Polyporus, should It focuses on diuresis and dampness to treat edema. But I don’t know why astragalus and yam are used to remove dampness, strengthen the spleen and promote diuresis, but they should not be supplemented. In addition, Coptis chinensis should be used to treat water-dampness and stagnation of heat. The specific situation depends on the patient's condition.

Prescription 2: The basic prescription should be the Four Gentlemen, which means to replenish qi, strengthen the spleen, diuresis and clear away heat. It should be a case of spleen and stomach qi deficiency, water dampness and heat. Compared with Fang 1, the diuretic and swelling effect is weaker, but the formula should be more reasonable.
