Learning and Investigation in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province (2)

For some liberated farmers, help them leave the land and start their own businesses. In recent years, a number of typical entrepreneurs have emerged in the national entrepreneurship, and many business people have returned to their hometowns to start businesses. In my opinion, the key to enriching the people and strengthening the town is to mobilize the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the people in the town, especially the masses. At the same time, the government should give support and guidance, help farmers to start businesses, let more people leave the land, set up good businesses, and embark on the road of starting businesses, and eventually form a torrent of thousands of households and hordes like Wenzhou.

We must unswervingly follow the road of "new industrialization"

What impressed me most about this trip to Wenzhou was the high proportion of industrial economy in the three major industries and its absolute core position in economic development. In the future, we should always adhere to the strategy of "strengthening the town through industry", accelerate structural adjustment, optimize industrial layout, expand industrial volume, accelerate the development of industrial clusters, combine local characteristics and industrial positioning, and rely on the dislocation development of towns and industrial functional areas to continuously improve the scale and level of urban industries and form their own characteristics.

4. It is necessary to further increase investment attraction.

In recent years, due to the town's efforts to attract investment, a number of enterprises have been introduced.

Come to our town to invest and develop, but the enterprise scale is small, the investment density is low, the tax revenue is low, the energy consumption is high and the pollution is heavy. In the future, our town should seize the golden opportunity to undertake the demonstration zone of industrial transfer in Wanjiang city belt, do everything possible to cooperate with coastal areas such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and introduce projects, funds, technology, famous brands, management and talents. It is necessary to regard private enterprises as the main body of investment and projects, promote the docking of various production factors with coastal areas, and make enterprises bigger and stronger as soon as possible. We should seriously study the advanced experience of Wenzhou and other places, give the green light to enterprises in terms of land, taxes and fees, examination and approval, market access, policy support and credit issuance, and do a good job and introduce projects. At the same time, we should strengthen the awareness of "environmental investment" and make great efforts to rectify the soft and hard investment environment in our town. It is necessary to firmly establish the concept of "paying attention to service is attracting investment", focus on solving the "three chronic diseases" of difficult project settlement, difficult project commencement and difficult project promotion, further improve efficiency, simplify procedures, lower the threshold, flexible policies and enthusiastic services, and create a good investment development environment from every detail and from the solution of every problem. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen leadership, strengthen the responsibility of attracting investment, implement the target responsibility system, attract investment and family planning, and form a good situation for attracting investment in the whole town.

In short, the six-day study and investigation gave me a lot of feelings, which made me deeply touched. I realized the Wenzhou road, Wenzhou model, Wenzhou spirit, Wenzhou experience and so on. In particular, the spirit of Wenzhou people who dare to be the first, bear hardships and stand hard work, and win-win cooperation is worth learning and pondering. Although I realize the huge gap between our town and Wenzhou, I don't sell myself short and lose confidence. Under the strong leadership of the county party committee and the government, as long as we rely on and mobilize the wisdom, passion, unity and cooperation, hard work and tenacious struggle of the people in the whole town, we will definitely build a strong economic town in the eastern part of our county in the near future.

Zhejiang Wenzhou study experience [2]

With the deepening of the second round of state aid to Xinjiang, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province attaches great importance to intellectual assistance while giving our county strong material assistance. In order to promote the ideological emancipation and concept renewal of cadres in our county, we actively contacted and held this study and training class. The county party Committee attaches great importance to this, makes careful arrangements and careful organization, and makes the learning and training activities effective. I am honored to be one of the students. During the ten-day study, training and investigation activities, I was deeply impressed by Jiangsu's amazing development speed, good development environment, prosperous market economy, livable human environment and perfect infrastructure. The development of Jiangsu has inspired our students, but also felt the invisible pressure. Visiting and studying is very deep and rewarding. The following is our experience:

First, the main characteristics of study tour

1. is rich in content. Although the study time is not long, the arrangement is compact. Through studying, training, visiting and inspecting, I really felt the great cohesion and centripetal force of Jiangsu people, which greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of cadres and the masses and played the strongest voice of economic speed-up.

2. The form is novel. In this training and study tour, we learn from each other and appreciate the development highlights. Going out for exchange and investigation, we cast our eyes farther and walked to the forefront of developed areas, giving consideration to both inside and outside, combining far and near.

3. The atmosphere is warm. Through study, training, visit and investigation, * * * strives for development, summarizes the past, depicts the future, and shows the enterprising spirit.

4. The harvest is remarkable. Through this training and study tour, I personally felt the great changes in Jiangsu Yangzhou, Wuxi, Nanjing and Suzhou in recent years, felt the strong atmosphere of local economic development, learned their successful experience of promoting rapid economic development through continuous innovation, and saw the gap and great achievements in development.

Second, the main experience of visiting and studying

The areas visited are much higher than our county in terms of urban construction, living standards, gross national product, local fiscal revenue and rural per capita income, which is incomparable and worthy of our deep thinking.

2. The idea of government management is convincing. The local government has a high degree of standardization in enterprise and social management, a strong sense of service, broad thinking and foresight, and pays attention to the construction of human environment and the rational use of land, resources and environment.

3. The development of enterprise level is impressive. These local enterprises are worth learning from our local enterprises in management mode, scientific and technological level, cultural concept, innovation consciousness and development consciousness. It is with these things as the foundation that these well-known enterprises with high efficiency and rapid development have emerged.

Third, the main gains of visiting and studying

In just ten days of study, training and investigation, we have studied and thought deeply all the way and gained a lot:

(1) We must firmly grasp the top priority of development. In recent years, Yangzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou and other cities have developed rapidly, and many jobs are ahead of the country.

Head, but they never satisfied, never relax, always insist on development, never relax, and devote themselves to construction. Even now standing on the high platform, they still maintain a strong sense of crisis and urgency, and their fighting spirit has not weakened at all. Their experience tells me that development is always the top priority at any time and under any circumstances, and we must stick to it at any time.

(2) We must always emancipate our minds. My feeling is that in addition to the strong support of government departments, sound and rapid economic development in these areas is very important for local people to emancipate their minds. Over the years, they dare to break through, innovate and forge ahead, and walk in the forefront of the country in the reform, which has nurtured the reform spirit of "being the first person and being the first in the world". They have advanced consciousness and keen thinking, and are good at capturing, grasping and utilizing opportunities. Facts have proved that the change of ideas leads to the change of behavior, the change of behavior leads to the change of habits, and the change of habits leads to the change of fate. Only by constantly emancipating the mind and constantly activating the internal motivation to accelerate development can we continuously narrow the gap with developed areas such as Jiangsu.

(3) We should carefully cultivate new economic growth points. Jiangsu has risen rapidly in the market economy competition because they always put the cultivation of new economic growth points in a prominent position. The development of Yangzhou National Photoelectric Industrial Park is a good example. After years of hard work, we have not only expanded our pillar industries, but also rapidly advanced into other industries and diversified our operations. Their development course makes us realize that only by vigorously developing advanced industries and doing everything possible to speed up the cultivation of new economic growth points can we seize the fast lane of economic development.

After this study and investigation, my personal thoughts and understanding have undergone a comprehensive baptism, and I have a new understanding of many problems that plague me in my work.

Some viewpoints also have clear answers. In the future work, I am determined to work hard with a strong sense of responsibility and full enthusiasm under the strong leadership of the superior business department and the county party Committee and government, earnestly perform my duties and create excellent work performance.
