6.11 Let’s talk about the two-machine lifting method, the sliding method and the delivery method. How to operate it?

Two-machine lifting and sliding method is also called the two-machine lifting and one-point binding and hoisting method. The operation method is: place the column diagonally or in the direction near the column base, and make the binding point as close to the column base as possible. The lifting rods of the two cranes are at the column binding points, and the binding points are as close to the column base as possible. The lifting rod of the first crane is above the lashing point of the column, and the rows, roller bars and walkway boards are padded at the lower end of the column, which can reduce the movement resistance during sliding lifting; the two cranes lift the hook at the same speed. But without rotating the lifting rod, the upper part of the column rises, and the lower part slides along the roller toward the column base until the column is upright. The two cranes rotate the lifting rod in opposite directions at the same time to send the column to the column foundation. Above the mouth of the cup, the two cranes slowly lower the lifting hook at the same speed to put the column in place.
